Hired Gun - Nemesis Custom Character Mod

This is my custom character Hired Gun I wanted to see in the game. It's a "damage/fighter" type character who can attack Intruders in his room but also in the rooms around him. This mod was balanced for around vanilla characters. I consider this mod done although I might tweak his stats if he's still too strong. Feedback regarding balance and typos is welcome.

This mod was inspired by another custom Nemesis character mod "Trapper" made by Vesture. Here's a link:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2835727806. I feel in love with the concept but I wasn't a big fan of the art, trap mechanics or the balance/power level of this character. Hired Gun is all about his gauss rifle and it's utility allowing to target Intruders outside of the room he's in.
