Description

Replaces the Rules Card with Rouxls Kaard from Deltarune.

Works on Repentance and Repentance+ but works better with Repentogon.

If you're not playing Repentogon, this mod will make Rules Cards spawn approximately twice as often, because all video games are bad and I hate making them.

Now i want a mod changing the Marked item into Roulx Kaard's laser pointer, It would be really funny and its blurb could be "So I haveth a Laser Pointere"
