Changes:
- When starting a new game, you will have 0 C and no extra P.
- P Upgrades cost twice.
- Purchasable items cost 5x more.
- Activating or liberating a station rewards C lesser.
- Wormhole rewards C 2x less.
- AI fleet size is doubled.
