Amsterdam Mixed Mode Sector 3&4&5

Small scenario with Amsterdam Radar sectors 3, 4 and 5 merged.

- Based on real-life sectorization.
- Based on actual traffic.
- Mixed of arrival and departures.

Includes all relevant neighbor sectors (London, Scottish, Copenhagen, Bremen, Langen, Brussels, MUAC) with levels and frequencies from the AIP.

Note: there are some bugs currently in the game that might prevent the scenario from running properly. Mainly, flights that cannot be taken UCO and OLDI messages not working to other sectors. Therefore departures to the west are levelled at FL060 initially to avoid a conflict in the TMA with crossing traffic.

To do's;
- Add overflying traffic in sector.
- Match EBUR and MUAC sector defintion in the south.
