Hey there, great work! This is almost exactly what I was looking for, and looks like a real nice starter option!

Personally, I have made a few little tweaks to the one I'll be using, there's now a Couch in the Reception area for visiting VIPs, a basement with a rentable 3x3 room with industrial fans for servers, and a small rentable warehouse across the road with a delivery port, but kept the visual style and am excited to play on this map!

Great little building... but why no coffee in the break room.

Players can't add it since it's not part of the leased area, so you have to either burn a room for it, or fit it into a work room.

Would be a huge improvement to have a mid rank coffee machine on the table next to the vending machine.

Where about are you looking? It should show up in the buildings section when you choose to move office or you are starting the game

the mod doesn't show up in game, any help?
