HD G-Man Intro Voice

Description
This mod replaces the 22050hz intro voice lines for G-Man with up-res'd 44100hz lines. No AI voice replacement, no redubbing, just a straight audio enhancement. This mod aims to make a more cohesive game experience, so that the intro and ending speeches are of the same caliber quality wise.

The original lines were recorded in 2002 according to metadata, not sure why they didn't use higher quality versions if they could
