Rough import of the map from the CS:GO version of cs_assault_1337.

This was a really quick port from the CS:GO map. I wanted to get this map into the hands of CS2 players since I saw no one has posted this version yet in CS2.

Things to do still:
Fix lighting outside (too bright).
Fix lighting inside, specifically the red lights.
Fix some textures around the map that didn't port correctly.
Fix misc. smaller things around the map.
