Really enjoying the mission. My first DIVE mission.

Situation:
Cannot locate the exact Cache. I see a ship above waters and a NUKE looking device at the bottom and some containers and a few Submersibles.

"PUT A CHARGE" does not scroll as addaction.
So, I drove a mini sub next to the NUKE looking device, attached sachel, blew it up, but it did not damage the NUKE device.

I'm a little lost on what to do.
