给我的诺斯卡兵种mod做了一个战邦升级mod，参考了大佬yuudachi的战邦升级mod，精英战帮升级（全派系）/RoR Warband Upgrade（All factions）Ver 6.0。除了自己mod外，对原版诺斯卡、混勇和混沌四神的战邦升级均做了调整。

A Warband Upgrade mod for norsca units of my unit mod, and can upgrade all chaos factions' units with this mod.
