Mussolini didn't take the time out of his day to dry off after his shower before taking his position as leader.
Oh well, at least he put a towel on.. his hair... does he even have hair?

(I know that this mod will probably turn off most hoi4 players considering the subject matter, however I hope you all enjoy it nonetheless)

*probably not ironman compatible because I am no expert in modding and also Mussolini gets a very slight buff for being clean as a whistle
