Glass Cut Damage

Description
Makes it where if you walk through or are close to enough to glass that breaks, you can take some damage. This is mostly only dangerous if you're on low health, other than that it's just an inconvenience

there does seem to be an error with uLib, it doesn't mean anything, it's just that it doesn't know what is killing the player. if enough people complain about it i'll probably try and find a way to hide it

this is definitely not working right, im taking damage from breaking various things with my crowbar, and sometimes taking damage when doing an admin clean up on some maps
