Gas Meter Air Quality Display

This is a basic controller that displays the following:

- Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Pressure Level to an instrument panel
- Air Quality (0-1) that combines Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, and Pressure to tell you overall air quality
- Air Quality Warning that warns you (via light and/or buzzer) about low oxygen/carbon dioxide and pressure

For further information, the SW character's limits are:

Stays warm when > 2C
~20 seconds to drown
Max pressure is 4 atm
Min pressure is 0.12 atm
Max CO2 Level 0.1%
Min O2 Level 0.15%
Max N2 Level 0.85%
