work in progress is now all 18 holes

ok, thanks for doing all 18 holes, but we had 2 major issues tonight on Multiplayer:

Hole 2 would not let any of the balls go in the hole, they all said "Out of Bounds"
Didn't cause to much hassle as we all got the same shot count and skipped the hole, but needs fixing.

Hole 18, I went first, so shot at the top left hole, the ball hit the grass and was not "Out of Bounds", the other players spotted the hole on the top right, but this was match point, and because of the glitch I lost!
I had to waste my shots shooting at the shadow ground under all the tables, which is not OOB - This was really annoying.
I'll post screenshots to show the issues.
Hope you can fix them, so we can play again :)
