How to Master all Characters in Evolve Legacy

I wrote this guide to help people master all the characters in Legacy Evolve especially the tricky one like Emet, Slim, Kala etc. I will list what are the requirements for each mastery level and what is, I believe, the best way to complete them. All of this will be done stricly in Solo Mode because with a friend all the tips are superfluous.

Prelude
This guide was made to help people master characters exclusively in solo.
Unless I say otherwise in a section the settings should always be:
  • "Favours Monster" or "Favours Hunters" in the "Extra" tab when customizing the lobby depending on which characters you are mastering;
  • Arena should always have a maximum timer of 40 minutes, 3 matches to win, monster at stage 3 full armor, infinite strikes on hunters and no sudden death;
  • In Arena Val-Hank combo is always a given to better survive the Stage 3s;
  • In Arena when you are playing as a hunter, Behemoth is the best monster to deal damage to because of its big health/armor pool, Kraken it's the best when you are in need of headshot damage due to its big head size;
  • In Defense reinforcement time should be set at 15 seconds;
  • In Hunt reinforcement time should be set at 15 seconds;
  • Also near your weapon wheel as a hunter there's a little compass;
Monster
Goliath
Rock Throw
Tier 1 = Deal 11,500 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 20 times
Tier 3 = Hit mid-air hunters 45 times

First two tiers are fairly easy, just play arena or defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife, remember a downed hunter counts towards masteries so get someone down and throw the rock when another hunter is picking him up. The third tier is a little bit tricky, you want to have a gap between you and the hunters so when they cross it with the jetpack you hit them with your rock. Leap Smash
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 29 times
Tier 3 = Hit the hunters from 20-meters 50 times

Overall easy tier, just do damage for the first, play arena get a hunter down and Leap Smash when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second tier. For the third play arena get an hunter down and eyeball 20 meters or play rescue and use a downed colonist.

Fire Breath
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 110 times
Tier 3 = Hit mid-air hunters dealing 8,500 damage

Do damage for the first tier, play arena or defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third you can either do something similar to third tier Rock Throw or you can Leap Smash quickly followed by Fire Breath eitherway it's gonna take a while.

Charge
Tier 1 = Deal 8,000 damage.
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 28 times
Tier 3 = Damage multiple Hunters 53 times.

Do damage for the first tier, play arena get a hunter down and Charge when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat. A tip, if you go backwards, press "S", Goliath will stop charging allowing you to cut the charge short without having to go through the full lenght of the move.
Meteor Goliath
Completelly identical to normal goliath.
Kraken
Lightning Strike
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 40 times
Tier 3 = Deal damage to multiple hunters 34 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena get a hunter down and Lightning Strike when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Banshee Mines
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 60,000 damage to the hunters
Tier 3 = Deal damage to multiple hunters 60 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena, get close to the hunter face and use mines. Tricky tier three but still doable just play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them.

Aftershock
Tier 1 = Deal 14,500 damage
Tier 2 = Deal damage to multiple targets 26 times
Tier 3 = Deal damage to multiple hunters 38 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena get a hunter down and use Aftershock when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Vortex
Tier 1 = Deal 23,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple hunters 75 times.
Tier 3 = Knock back 275 mid-air Hunters.

Do damage for the first tier, for the second play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them. You can either use the same strategy as Rock Throw for Goliath, have a gap between you and the hunters so when they cross it with the jetpack you hit them with vortex or you can spam melee when you are on the ground untill you get a heavy one, this will send the hunter flying backwards, and quickly use Vortex.
Elder Kraken
Lighting Strike
Tier 1 = Deal 18000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple hunters 30 times
Tier 3 = Incap 25 hunters with a Lighting Strikes while in the air

Do damage for the first tier, for the second play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat. Play arena and make sure to incapacitate hunters with the Lightning Strike.

Banshee Missile
Tier 1 = Deal 22000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 64000 damage to hunters
Tier 3 = Rain Down a Banshee Missile from the sky and hit hunters 100 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third tier play arena again, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Chain Lightning
Tier 1 = Deal 20000 damage
Tier 2 = Chain Lightning to hit 40 hunters
Tier 3 = Incap hunters with Chain Lightning 21 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena, try to bunch them up and hit as many as possible for the second. Play arena and make sure to incapacitate hunters with the Chain Lighting.

Death Spiral
Tier 1 = Deal 40000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 25000 damage to the hunters
Tier 3 = Incap 16 hunters with the Death Spiral

Do damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Play arena and make sure to incapacitate hunters with the Death Spiral.
Wraith
Warp Blast
Tier 1 = Deal 14,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple targets 57 times
Tier 3 = Damage multiple hunters 15 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena get a hunter down and Warp Blast when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Abduction
Tier 1 = Abduct a total of 16 targets
Tier 2 = Abduct 20 mid-air hunters
Tier 3 = Abduct hunters from team 83 times

Abduct anything for first tier. For the second tier spam melee agaisnt a hunter untill Wraith does her heavy, this should put the hunter mid-air, then immediately abduct. For the third play defend, position yourself far from the hunters but not too far away, abduct and wait for the hunter to go back to the group.

Decoy
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage using Decoy
Tier 2 = Deal 32,000 damage to hunters using the Decoy
Tier 3 = Stealth pounce 30 times while staying invisible

Slow grind because of the Decoy tendency to do anything but what you need him to do. For the first two play arena, use Supernova and then Decoy and hope it goes against a hunter. For the third again play arena, use Decoy and wait for a good pounce opportunity.

Supernova
Tier 1 = Deal 34,500 damage using Supernova
Tier 2 = Deal 121,000 damage to hunters using Supernova
Tier 3 = Deal damage using abilities 70 times while the Supernova is activated

Do damage for the first tier, for the second play arena. For the third arena again, use supernova->abduction->warp blast.
Behemoth
Lava Bomb
Tier 1 = Deal 10,000 damage
Tier 2 = Damage multiple creatures 20 times
Tier 3 = Damage multiple hunters 100 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena get a hunter down and Lava Bomb when another hunter is picking him up or play defend with wildlife population on high and kill wildlife for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Rock Wall
Tier 1 = Deal 5,500 damage with the wall
Tier 2 = Trap a creature between the wall and you 60 times
Tier 3 = Trap a hunter between you and the wall 60 times

For the first tier play arena or defend with wildlife population on high and spawn the wall at the feet of any hunter/wildlife for it to do damage. Either use tongue grab to get a hunter to you and then use the wall or put the wall behind wildlife so it get trapped between you and the wall. For the third just use tounge grab to get a hunter to you and then use the wall.

Fissure
Tier 1 = Deal 13,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 16,800 damage to hunters
Tier 3 = Deal damage to multiple hunters 30 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Tongue Grab
Tier 1 = Grab creatures 10 times
Tier 2 = Grab hunters 25 times
Tier 3 = Grab hunters mid-air 30 times

Play arena or defend with wildlife population on high and use tongue grab for the first. Play arena for the second. Either use the tier 3 rock throw strat of goliath or use fissure/rock wall to force a hunter mid-air and then use tongue grab.
Gorgon
Web Snare
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage
Tier 2 = Hit multiple hunters 100 times
Tier 3 = Do 650 damage to ensnared hunters 250 times

Do damage for the first tier, for the second play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat. For the third play arena and do as much damage as possible while the hunter is covered in your web snare.

Spider trap
Tier 1 = Trap hunters 20 times
Tier 2 = Do 200 damage to trapped hunters 20 times
Tier 3 = Trap 10 hunters in a single round 40 time

Play arena for the first and second tier. This last tier is one of the most tedious mastery to accomplish, it is gonna take hours upon hours. Play arena, kill every hunter except the medic (either Val or Rogue Val) use the spider trap and bait the medic onto it, rinse and repeat.

Acid Spit
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 12,000 damage to hunters
Tier 3 = Damage multiple hunters 300 times

Do damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.

Mimic
Tier 1 = Deal 8000 damage while in mimic form
Tier 2 = Deal 20,000 damage to hunters in mimic form
Tier 3 = Damage multiple hunters with mimic explosion 50 times

For the first two tiers play arena, go to a far away corner, use the mimic and melee the hunters untill you have low health then explode. Again play arena, get one hunter down and wait for someone to go revive them, rinse and repeat.
Assault
Markov
Lightning Gun
Tier 1 = Deal 24,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 52,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,500 chain damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third chain damage can be done against anything so just run defend and use the lightning gun against the minions spawn.

Assault Rifle
Tier 1 = Deal 4,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 16,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 9,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Arc Mines
Tier 1 = Deal 8,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 27,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Damage the monster with 2 Arc Mines without taking any damage 30 times

Deal damage for the first tier. For the second tier you can either run arena matches and bait the monster into the mines or run defense in Salveron Industries against Goliath or any other monster, against the first generator the monster will go directly to the turrets so place the mines accordingly. There is a choke point between the first and second generator, place the mines there and be careful that the minions don't set them off, same deal between the second and third. Continue to place mines in that choke point and when the monsters runs away to get armor it's guaranteed to hit all 3 mines. For the third tier just play defense again and make sure to not get hit, if you got the monster attention you can also run around the generator placing mines around it to bait the monster into them.
Blitz Markov
Tesla Gun
Tier 1 = Deal 24,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 52,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal max damage 100 times

Deal damage for the first tier, run arena for the second. For the third tier, even though it isn't specified, max damage needs to be done to the monster therefore you can't run defend and use the gun against the minions. Again run arena against Behemoth.

Assult Rifle
Tier 1 = Deal 4,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 16,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 9,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken, have Crow as a trapper.

Tesla Mines
Tier 1 = Deal 8,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 27,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Damage the monster with 2 tesla Mines without taking any damage 30 times

Deal damage for the first tier. For the second tier you can either run arena matches and bait the monster into the mines or run defense in Salveron Industries against Goliath or any other monster, against the first generator the monster will go directly to the turrets so place the mines accordingly. Flamethrower
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 40,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 50,000 residual burn damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Play arena for the third, shoot your flamethrower then stop and start again when the monster isn't on fire anymore.

Minigun
Tier 1 = Deal 4,500 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 14,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 3,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Toxic Grenades
Tier 1 = Deal 11,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 18,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 250 damage or more with a single toxic grenade, 68 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against Behemoth and throw the grenade when it uses the tongue grab to get someone.
Parnell
Combat Shotgun
Tier 1 = Deal 19,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 48,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 31,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Multifire Rocket Launcher
Tier 1 = Deal 26,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 36,500 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Shoot 470 direct hits to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third tier.

Super Soldier
Tier 1 = Deal 17,000 damage using the Super Soldier buff
Tier 2 = Deal 40,000 damage to the monster using the Super Soldier buff
Tier 3 = Deal 6,500 headshot damage using the Super Soldier buff

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper, make sure to use the super soldier when the kraken is on the ground.
Torvald
Autofire Shotgun
Tier 1 = Deal 5,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 42,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,000 headshot damage to monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Mortar Canon
Tier 1 = Deal 27,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 55,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 600 damage to the monster in a single barrage 20 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena, behemoth has plenty of times where he stand still, use those to your advantage, if you are having trouble use Cabot as support, and time your mortar to his damage amplifier, and Maggie as trapper.

Shrapnel Grenade
Tier 1 = Allow 160 bonus damage
Tier 2 = Allow 300 bonus damage to the Monster
Tier 3 = Damage the Monster with 5 gernades without taking damage 10 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Play arena again for the third, spam the grenade and make sure to not get hit.
Lennox
Plasma Lance
Tier 1 = Deal 30,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 60,000 damage to monster
Tier 3 = Combo the plasma lance for max damage 60 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Play arena again for the third tier and make sure to not get hit.

Auto Cannon
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 40,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,000 headshot damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Thunder Strike
Tier 1 = Deal 8,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 15,000 damage to monster
Tier 3 = Execute 10 killing blows to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. for the third play arena against a stage 1 behemoth and make sure your thunder strike is the one killing the monster.
Trapper
Maggie
Machine Pistol
Tier 1 = Deal 8,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 21,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena against a Kraken.

Harpoon Traps
Tier 1 = Harpoon the monster 35 times
Tier 2 = Harpoon the monsters 6 times in 8 different matches
Tier 3 = Catch the monster in 2 traps 50 times

Play Arena for the first tier. Play Arena, 1 match to win, stage 1 monster full armor and count the harpoons you hit to make sure you hit the threshold. Arena for the third tier, usual setting, try to put your traps ahead of where the monster is, otherwise it's gonna break the first harpoon that's on it.

Daisy
Tier 1 = Follow Daisy for 2,200-meters
Tier 2 = Revive 10 downed teammates with Daisy
Tier 3 = Revive 2 teammates in a single match 9 times

Play Hunt and follow Daisy. For the last two tiers just play rescue and let Daisy do her job. For the last tier restart the match everytime daisy picks up the 2 teammates, the game only counts 1 progress per match.
Wasteland Maggie
Burst Pistol
Tier 1 = Deal 8000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 21000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12000 burn damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third, for this last tier remember to shoot then wait for the monster to stop being on fire then shoot again.

Fire Harpoon Mine
Tier 1 = Snare the monster to deal 1200 burn damage to the monster
Tier 2 = Snare the monster to deal 2400 burn damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Snare the monster to deal 4000 burn damage to the monster

For all 3 tiers just play Arena. Keep in ind that you need to hit the monster with the harpoon and wait for the monster to be on fire, then you can harpoon the monster again otherwise the damage will not be counted.

Combat Daisy
Tier 1 = Deal 6000 burn damage to the monster using Daisy's flamethrower
Tier 2 = Deal 12000 burn damage to the monster using Daisy's flamethrower
Tier 3 = Deal 30000 burn damage to the monster using Daisy's flamethrower

Play Arena for all 3 tiers, it's gonna take a while daisy ai does whatever it wants to do.
Griffin
Gauss SMG
Tier 1 = Deal 10,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 14,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 8,000 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken.

Harpoon Gun
Tier 1 = Trap the monster for one second 14 times
Tier 2 = Hold the monster for a total of 115 seconds
Tier 3 = Harpoon the monster in mid-air 66 times

Play Arena for tier 1 and restart the game after holding the monster cor a couple of seconds, the game tracks only 1 progress per match. Play arena normally for the second tier. For the third tier play arena against a kraken and harpoon it when it's flying.

Sound Spikes
Tier 1 = Plant 15 spikes at least 50-meters apart
Tier 2 = Reveal the monster 55 times
Tier 3 = Reveal the Stage 1 monster 20 times

Play hunt and spam spikes around the map, if you hold the spike it has a little display that tells you how far the closest spike is. Play arena for the second tier, plant a spike near the monster so it gets destroyed then plant another spike when the icon on the monster, the foot with waves at the bottom, is gone, rinse and repeat. For third tier either play arena against a stage 1 monster and do what you did for the previous tier or play hunt, armory against Behemoth. On armory the monster will go down and take the path to the right and will always end up in the back of the map where the pipe structure is, therefore when you spawn lay sound spike not too close from each other, you want the icon on the monster to dissapear just like in arena, go to the back of the map to reveal the monster and bait him to go towards your sound spikes. It's much easier to do it than to explain it.
Abe
Custom Shotgun
Tier 1 = Deal 14,000 damage.
Tier 2 = Deal 28,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 8,700 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken.

Stasis Grenades
Tier 1 = Slow the monster down a total of 130 times
Tier 2 = Slow down the monster for a total of 800 seconds
Tier 3 = Keep the monster slow for 3 seconds 85 times

Play Arena for the third, throw one ball wait for it to despawn throw another, rinse and repeat. For the second tier arena again, you don't want the monster to be slowed down always otherwise the game won't count the second, therefore do it in burst, throw the grenades and wait for the monster to stop being slowed down, rinse and repeat. Arena again for the third tier, throw the grenades and count to 5 to be sure, wait for the monster to stop being slowed down and repeat.

Tracking Dart Pistol
Tier 1 = Dart the monster 15 different times
Tier 2 = Monster must be darted for 2,200 seconds
Tier 3 = Dart the monster from a distance of 40-meters 15 times

Tier 1 just play arena, dart the monster, restart. Arena again for the secod tier, same concept for tier 2 stasis grenade applies, dart the monster, wait for it to stop getting darted, dart him again. For the third tier play hunt against a Kraken in damn, the monster should go to the right path, where there's a truck and a big pillar, go towards that and ping to make sure it is distant at least 40m, then follow him or restart and do it again.
Crow
Kinetic Long Rifle
Tier 1 = Deal 3,500 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 23,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Bypass the monsters armor for 4,000 damage.

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Either play arena do only charged shots and when the monster has no armor restart or play defend and do the same thing, defense has the added advanatge that the monster will go back to get armor.

Stasis Gun
Tier 1 = Hit the monster with a rapid shot 50 times
Tier 2 = Hit the monster with a charged shot 75 times
Tier 3 = Enable the team to deal 110,000 damage while monster is slowed

Play arena for all 3 tiers. For the third tier use Hyde as assult and keep in mind that you need the monster to not be slowed down for the game to count the damage your team did.

Gobi
Tier 1 = Cover 7,000 meters with gobi
Tier 2 = Find the monster 75 times in Hunt or Rescue modes
Tier 3 = Find 60 stage 1 monsters in Hunt or Rescue modes

Hunt for tier 1, spam gobi while running in its direction. For the second and third tier play hunt in armory against a Behemoth, the monster will end up always at the back of the map where there's the pipe structure, so spam gobi towards that direction, then it's just a matter of following the monster. For the third tier specifically just restart as soon as the monster evolves.
Jack
Dual Pistols
Tier 1 = Deal 14,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 29,000 damage to monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,000 headshot damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken.

Repulsor
Tier 1 = Hold the monster for 100 seconds
Tier 2 = Hold the monster at bay for 10 seconds 20 times
Tier 3 = Protect an ally from the monster using the repulsor 200 times

Arena for the first tier, arena again for the second tier but you need to count the seconds you "kept the monster at bay" then restart. Third tier just play arena and when you see the monster going for someone use the repulsor, it's easier than it sounds.

Survey Satellite
Tier 1 = Find 30 elite creatures in hunt or rescue modes
Tier 2 = Find the monster 25 times in hunt or rescue modes
Tier 3 = Find 20 stage 1 monsters in hunt or rescue modes

Play hunt with elite wildlife on and high wildlife run, around the map to search for them, do not kill them and use the satellite. The satellite does damage and will eventually kill the wildlife, make sure the team isn't aggroed onto it, stay on top of a rock or similar. Another thing to keep in mind is that maps have a limited amout of elite wildlife you can find in them, the map that have the biggest amount, aka 7, you can find are: Aviary, Distillery, Medlab, Weather Control and Wraith Trap, take your pick. For the third and second tier play hunt in armory against a Behemoth, the monster will end up always at the back of the map where there's the pipe structure, use the satellite and follow the monster as closely as possible. For the third tier specifically restart as soon as the monster evolves.
Medic
Val
Armor-Piercing Sniper Rifle
Tier 1 = Place 12 targets on the monster
Tier 2 = Your teammates need to deal 3,300 bonus damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Place 17 headshot targets on the monster

Play arena for all three tiers, specifically for the third play against a Kraken with Crow as trapper.

MedGun
Tier 1 = Heal 16,000 damage
Tier 2 = Revive 6 downed teammates using the MedGun
Tier 3 = Heal 28 teammates before they are incapped

Play arena for the first tier. Play rescue for the second tier, revive the colonist that are down and do not play with either of the Maggies otherwies Daisy will pick up the colonist before you can revive them. For the third tier play arena with Hank as support and start to heal a teammate when you see its health be low. You need to do a whole lifebar worth of health to a teammates without it going down, thanks to ragnarok628 and ShakeDeSnake on reddit for providing a good example:
Your assault has taken 50% damage, you heal him up to 100%. Then he takes 55% damage, and you heal him up past 95%. that would count as 1 toward the mastery. If your Trapper never takes more than 85% of his health bar in damage, you won't get credit for keeping him topped off. Likewise, if you heal 75% of the Support's life bar, but then he goes down before you hit 100% of his health worth of healing, you don't get credit. However - if you heal him 100% and he goes down later, you do get credit. As long as it wasn't during a full 100% worth of healing.
Basically you have to un-do a whole health bar of damage for a specific hunter without the target dying.

Tranquilizer Gun
Tier 1 = Tranquilize the monster 14 different times
Tier 2 = Tranquilize the monster for 400 seconds
Tier 3 = Tranquilize the monster from 60-meters or more 80 times

Play arena for the first tier, tranquilize the monster, restart. For the second tier play arena and tranquillize the monster in burts, you don't want the monster to be sedated at all times during the arena game otherwise the game won't count those seconds toward the mastery. For the third tier play hunt against a Kraken in damn, the monster should go to the right path, where there's a truck and a big pillar, go towards that and ping to make sure it is distant at least 60m, then follow him or restart and do it again.
Rogue Val
Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle
Tier 1 = Deal 8000 damge
Tier 2 = Deal 21,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 12,000 headshot damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken with Crow as trapper.

Chain Medgun
Tier 1 = Heal 16,000 damage
Tier 2 = Revive 20 teammates using the Chain MedGun
Tier 3 = Execute 28 Life-Saving heals

Play arena for the first tier. Play rescue for the second tier, revive the colonist that are down while being a decnt bit far away, you don't want your healing aura to take effect and revive them also do not play with either of the Maggies otherwies Daisy will pick up the colonist before you can revive them. For the third tier play arena, heal a teammate when you see its health be low, if the teammate is hit by an attack that would get them down but your heals do not let him then that's a Life-Saving heal.

Poison Dart Gun
Tier 1 = Deal 8000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 8000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 1500 damage in a single round 20 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third tier play arena again, the poison does a total of 180 damage per round so you need to hit around 9-10 shots to deal the 1500 required for the mastery.
Lazarus
Silenced Sniper Rifle
Tier 1 = Place 200 targets on the monster
Tier 2 = Teammates need to deal 270 damage by hitting your targets on the monster
Tier 3 = Place 150 headshot targets on the monster

Play arena for both the first and second tier. For the third play arena again against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Lazarus Device
Tier 1 = Use the device 4 times
Tier 2 = Use the device on teammates 28 times
Tier 3 = Use the device on teammates 3 times in a single match 14 times

Play Rescue without the Maggies for the first and second tier. For the third tier play rescue again without the Maggies and when you counted three uese of the device restart the round, this tier advances 1 per match only.

Personal Cloak
Tier 1 = Cloak revive 7 creatures/wildlife using the Lazarus Device
Tier 2 = Cloak revive 22 teammates using the Lazarus Device
Tier 3 = Cloak revive 2 teammates in a single match 12 times

The pain with this specific masteries is that when you cloack the Lazarus device can be used only 1 time, you barely don't have enough time for a second. Play Rescue without the Maggies for the first and second tier. For the third tier play rescue again without the Maggies and when you have used the cloak and the Lazarus Device to revive 2 downed colonist restart, this tier advances 1 per match only.
Caira
Napalm Grenade Launcher
Tier 1 = Deal 3,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 4,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Get 160 direct hits on the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third tier.

Healing Grenade Launcher
Tier 1 = Heal 32,000 damage
Tier 2 = Revive 8 teammates
Tier 3 = Heal multiple teammates 710 times

Play arena and heal teammates for the first tier. Play Rescue without the Maggies for the second tier, you can either go on top of a colonist and spam heals and when a teammates comes to pick the guy up you quickly start to revive him yourself before letting go and spamming heal grenades again, you need to repeat this process untill the guy is up, or stand away and be careful not to get too close or your team will revive the colonist and shoot grenades from a distance. For the third tier you can either play arena and put yourself between the monster and a hunter and spam heal like that, also remember a downed teammates is counted towards the multiple teammates requiement, or you can play hunt with Cabot as support in any of these map: Broken Hill Foundry, Broken Hill Mine, Refueling Tower, Wheater Control and Wraith Trap put on Radioactive Clouds and stand inside them with the team to get damaged while spamming healing grenades, keep in mind the cloud moves slowly. This last method is a bit harder to pull off.

Acceleration Field
Tier 1 = Cover a total of 2,200-meters using the Acceleration Field
Tier 2 = Boost your teammates 74 times
Tier 3 = Cover 50-meters with teammate in a single match 65 times

Play hunt on any map for the first tier and use the field to run around, remember to use the jetpack and to not spam it to get farther. Play hunt again for the second tier, use the field when around teammates to boost them. Play hunt for the third tier, you need to cover at least 50 meters with a teammate to advance the mastery, so make sure they are not only around when you boost but are running with you.
Slim
Leech Gun
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Generate 100 heal bursts (when 50% or more of the heal burst cooldown charge was generated with the leeching gun
Tier 3 = Generate 2 heal bursts within 3 seconds 50 times

Deal damage for the first tier. The second tier is a mouthful and seems hard to understand but it just asks you to charge at least 50% of the healing burst with the leech gun, just play arena and spam healing burst and you'll be done fairly quickly. Same deal for the third tier, seems hard but if you play Slim normally, spam Leech Gun+Healing burst, this tier can be easly done in arena again no problem.

Spore Cloud Launcher
Tier 1 = Hit the monster with the spore cloud 50 times
Tier 2 = Keep the monster in the spore cloud for 5 seconds, 20 times
Tier 3 = Hit the monster with the spore cloud, then revive teammates 10 times

Play arena for the first tier and make sure the Spore Cloud projectile hits the monster directly. Play area against Behemoth for the second tier with Crow as trapper, spam the Spore Cloud and count to 5 be mindful that the monster is always inside the cloud, then stop and wait for it to get out of it. The third mastery is very not consistent no matter what you do, it's a gamble. Play arena, balanced difficulty, Crow as trapper, wait for the monster to get someone down, preferably support so he cloaks, then go near the downed teammate and make sure the Spore Cloud projectile hits the monster directly then quickly go for the revive, you need to hope the monster doesn't do a 180 towards you and hits you, again it's a gamble but possible. You can also try this other method by TitanQuaintyin on reddit: play rescue bucket as support, as soon as you land use the UVA to find the monster, after switch back to Slim and go towards the colonist but not too close that the other teammates go for the revive then send the drone to almost revive the guy, put the drone on a teammate and go towards the monster, shoot a cloud and send the drone to the colonist that was almost up, this should give mastery progress.

Healing Drone
Tier 1 = Heal 8,000 damage with drone
Tier 2 = Revive 10 teammates with drone
Tier 3 = Heal 20 teammates from 80 meter's away

For the first tier either play arena and use the drone on teammates not getting hit or play hunt with Cabot as support in any of these map: Broken Hill Foundry, Broken Hill Mine, Refueling Tower, Wheater Control and Wraith Trap put on Radioactive Clouds and bait a hunter to stand inside the cloud, then send your drone to him, keep in mind the cloud moves slowly. Play rescue for the second and third tier, for this last one make sure to send the drone to the downed colonist and be at least 80m away.
E.M.E.T.
Replay cannon
Tier 1 = Deal 20,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 40,000 damage to monster
Tier 3 = Hit the monster with a full volley 100 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third. For the last tier make sure to be either on the monster level or on a highground in order for all the missiles to hit.

Healing Buoy
Tier 1 = Passively heal allies for 12,000 health
Tier 2 = Burst heal using healing buoys for 18,000 health
Tier 3 = Heal allies using all 3 bouys at the same time 60 times

Play arena for all 3 tiers or play hunt with Cabot as support in any of these map: Broken Hill Foundry, Broken Hill Mine, Refueling Tower, Wheater Control and Wraith Trap put on Radioactive Clouds, stand inside them and put the Buoys down, they won't get destroyed inside the cloud, also the cloud moves slowly keep that in mind.

Respawn Beacon
Tier 1 = Successfully respawn teammates 10 times
Tier 2 = Successfully respawn teammates 2 times in a round 20 times
Tier 3 = Successfully respawn teammates when your the sole survivor 60 times

This mastery is gonna take you a looong time but there's a fairly consistent method to do it. For all 3 tiers play hunt in Orbital Drill, rienforcement time set to highest with Kala as support, Crow as trapper, Hyde as assault, Emet shouldn't have the "Item recharge faster" perk and put Gorgon as monster. As soon as you spawn switch to kala and head thowards the mapss south, you should see an acid lake and a cilindrical structure on its side inside said lake, go behind this structure and near a tree, place down both of Kala's teleporter and wait for Kala to die due to being out of bounds. After Kala's death Emet will put down a respawn beacon, if you need the first two tiers switch to him go back inside the map and wait untill the hunter repawns if you don't swtich to emet you won't get any progress for the mastery this is true no matter the tier, rinse and repeat. For the third tier when the beacon has only around 14 seconds left switch to trapper and go outside the map and die, this should let Kala respawn before Crow is about to die, now switch to Kala and go die outside the map, then switch to Hyde and do the same and finally take back control of Emet. While Emet was bot controlled he should have put down another beacon, the time left on it should be around 15-20 seconds, go inside the map and wait for the beacon to spawn back the team. Emet should get the "Cavalry Call" award when the hunters respawn, after it quickly switch back to Crow throw gobbie to try and spot the monster and die, then to Kala and die and finally to Hyde and die again, this rotation usually allows you to survive in case the monster attacks. This method is harder to explain that it is to execute, if done correctly and with a bit of luck it can gain you 30 progress in the third tier. Gorgon is the preferred monster due to a bug with its Mimic ability, sometimes if the mimic dies too fast when it spawns the monster gets stuck and it takes a while for it to get unstuck.
Support
Hank
Laser Cutter
Tier 1 = Deal 6,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 20,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 5,000 headshot damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Shield Projector
Tier 1 = Shield your teammates from any damage 14 times
Tier 2 = Shield 15,000 damage
Tier 3 = Stop 17 teammates from being incapped

Play arena for all three tiers. Specifically for the last one shield only when the teammate is very low and the next attack would incapacitate it.

Orbital Barrage
Tier 1 = Deal 6,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 21,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Damage the monster 15 times from a distance 40-meters or more

Play arena for the first two tiers. For the third tier play rescue on Rendering Plant, head towards the colonist untill you see their skulls, keep some distance so the teammates don't go revive them. When you see the colonist health go down go towards the other colonist, keep a distance of at least 40m and wait for the monster to arrive so you can drop the orbital barrage, rinse and repeat. You can also drop the barrage everytime you are 40m away and have a good opportunity to do so.
Tech SGT. Hank
Laser Cannon
Tier 1 = Deal 6,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 20,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 5,000 headshot damage

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Shield Charger
Tier 1 = Expend 4000 energy power shields
Tier 2 = Shield 15,000 damage
Tier 3 = Keep the entire team shielded for 120 seconds

Quick tips for Tech Hank, if you spam the shield button it depletes slower compared if you just hold the button down and gives the same amount of shield. Play hunt for the first tier with either Maggies as trapper and as soon as you shielded the entire team restart. Play arena for the second tier. For the third tier play hunt without the Maggies and fully shield your team, pick a spot and wait for the monster to arrive, let the team have their shields depleted then restart.

Orbital Drill
Tier 1 = Deal 6,600 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 21,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 2000 damage with the orbital drill 20 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena as well and time your Orbital when the Behemoth is doing a tongue grab or a lava bomb.
Bucket
Guided Missile Launcher
Tier 1 = Deal 9,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 21,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Shoot 390 direct hits to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third tier.

Sentry Guns
Tier 1 = Deal 15,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 20,000 damage to the Monster
Tier 3 = Have at least 3 Sentry Guns firing at the same time for 30 times

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third tier. For this last tier replace the sentry gun once in a while if the monster isn't destroying them.

UAV
Tier 1 = Cover 3,000-meters using the UAV in hunt or rescue
Tier 2 = Find the monster 30 times in hunt or resuce
Tier 3 = Find 25 Stage #1 Monsters in either hunt or rescue

Play hunt and use the UAV, run around and deplete its battery. For the second and third tier play hunt in armory against a Behemoth, the monster will end up always at the back of the map where there's the pipe structure, so spam gobi towards that direction, then it's just a matter of following the monster. For the third tier specifically just restart as soon as the monster evolves.
Cabot
Rail Cannon
Tier 1 = Deal 12,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 34,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 10,500 headshot damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. For the third play arena again against a Kraken and have Crow as a trapper.

Damage Amplifier
Tier 1 = Amplify 9,000 damage
Tier 2 = Amplify 24,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Amplify 250 damage during a single use 40 times

Play arena for all three tier. Use Hyde for the third tier, the amplifier when Hyde uses the grenade.

Dust Tagging
Tier 1 = Reveal 70 creatures
Tier 2 = Reveal the monster 44 times
Tier 3 = Reveal the Stage #1 monster 20 times

First tier is gonna be a bit of a grind, play hunt with wildlife population on high and run around the map in search of a big mass of them. Play arena for the second and third tier, making sure that you switch to a Stage 1 monster for this last one
Sunny
Mini-nuke Grenade Launcher
Tier 1 = Deal 15,000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 37,000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Do 350 direct hits to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second and third tier.

Jetpack Booster
Tier 1 = Boost Jetpacks for a total of 60 seconds
Tier 2 = Boost Jetpacks in combat for a total of 50 seconds
Tier 3 = Boost Jetpacks for 20 seconds in a single game 20 times

A bit of a grind no matter what. For the first tier play hunt on Orbital Drill, as soon a you spawn head north, almost immediately there should be a structure to the left with a vehicle of some sort, called the Tugg ship, on top of it and in front of you a structure with pipe on top higher than the one with the vehicle. Go on top of the structure with the pipes, wait for your team to be on top of it as well and jetpack towards north you should be on top of another building higer up than where you were, quickly turn around and boost a teammates untill you are empty, wait for the Jetpack Booster to be recharged and go back on top of the structure with the pipes, turn around and boost a teammate, rinse and repeat. For the second tier I need to thank reddit again for finding this, play hunt in any of these map: Broken Hill Foundry, Broken Hill Mine, Refueling Tower, Wheater Control and Wraith Trap put on Radioactive Clouds, when you spawn find said cloud, put the Shield Drone near it and go inside it, this will count as "in combat", then boost an ally until it's empty, wait for it to recharge, rinse and repeat. For the third tier you need to do exactly the same thing you did for the first tier but this time you need to wait for the game to give you the "Power Aid" award then restart, only 1 progress of this last tier can be done per match.

Shield Drone
Tier 1 = Shield teammates from damage 20 times
Tier 2 = Shield 19,000 damage
Tier 3 = Shield 2,000 damage in a single round 20 times

All of the tiers can be done easily just play hunt in any of these map: Broken Hill Foundry, Broken Hill Mine, Refueling Tower, Wheater Control and Wraith Trap put on Radioactive Clouds, when you spawn find said cloud, put the Shield Drone near it, wait for it to charge and go inside it. For the third tier specifically you need to get 3 "Gotcha Covered" awards then restart, only 1 progress of this last tier can be done per match.
Kala
Siren Missiles
Tier 1 = Deal 8000 damage
Tier 2 = Deal 14000 damage to the monster
Tier 3 = Deal 10000 direct damage to the monster

Deal damage for the first tier, play arena for the second. Try to stick Kala's missiles onto object so they become red, they will do more damage compared if you just shoot the monster. For the third tier play arena and this time directly shoot the monster, if you want to be sure stand extremely close to the monster's behind and shoot.

Armor Reducer
Tier 1 = While draining the monster armor, allow 10000 damage
Tier 2 = Succesfully drain the monster armor to allow 4000 of direct damage
Tier 3 = Succesfully drain the monster armor to allow 123110 of direct damage

One of the few masteries that will get progress if there's a Kala in your team, no matter if you are said Kala or not. All three require the monster to have some armor to get drained for the mastery to count, therefore play arena, only 1 win for the victory, with Crow as trapper and Hyde as assult. Wait for Hyde to throw his Toxic Grenade and then start draining the monster's armor, once he has none left restart, repeat this for all three tiers.

Teleport Pads
Tier 1 = Use the teleporter pads to travel 3000 meters around Shear
Tier 2 = Navigate the battlefield against a monster fro 2000 meters
Tier 3 = Hunter escape 7770 meters away from fighting the monster while below 50% health

For the first tier play hunt, any map and find a straight line, then place down the teleporters down each end of the path and enter them non stop untill you have the mastery. For the second tier play arena, place the teleporters at each end of the dome and run to them, make sure to hit the monster with banshee missiles every cycle to stay in combat. For the third tier I have to thank reddit again, specifically VillainousGamer91 for this strat: Play Nest on Aviary, max time limit, 2 strikes with Lazarus as medic, Abe as trapper, Parnell as assult and Behemoth as monster. As soon as you spawn go to one end of the map, place down a teleporter, run to the other end of the map and place down the second teleporter. During this run you may encounter the Behemoth, just go invisible and continue running away. Once you placed down the second teleporter wait for the monster and the minions to find you, let Lazarus die and get the Behemoth attention by either shooting at it or use by using the armor reducer ability, get beaten up to below 50% health and while still having the monster's aggro go through the teleporter and quickly place down the first teleporter color again, so the bots don't follow you through and so it creates another entrance for you to go through. Go through the teleporter again and place down the second teleporter color to have another way out, then get the Behemoth attention again, if you are still at below 50% health you just need to get the monster attention, not need to get beaten up again. If done correctly this method should net you ~500m per cycle, still it's gonna take you a while especially if the bots don't behave.
Final Comments
