Nuclear Option A3 - ACE3 Compatibility Patch

Description
Rocketman_02 presents:



A compatibility patch for Nuclear Option A3 that makes it play nice with ACE3.

What this mod does:
-Fixes the BDF and PALA Titan Compacts allowing them to lock on like a Javelin.
-Adds firing devices and defuse kits to explosive specialists (firing devices also added for snipers and spotters).
-Changes the regular pilots to use non-steerable parachutes.

Medical supplies are converted in situ if ACE Medical is loaded. Untested with ACE Advanced Medical (I don't use it as I see little reason to)
