"Unconfirmed is the date, however the 23rd of October is most widely interpreted to be Matoi Ryuko's birthday. This little drawing aims to wish her a happy one! Yes admittedly, it's not very best; It has quite some amount of flaws, however it is genuine! I've drawn it originally on paper, and then proceeded to digitalize it.
