The Talos is the first proper humanoid walker belonging to the Ancient Tide faction. Built with the original intent of a support unit to repair bases, and help with defense, the Talos is armed with gear appropriate for such a role. Equipped with 4 harpoons meant to drag sea wrecks so that they can be consumed and assimilated by the hivemind, a drill to for scrapping broken ships and attaining the useful resources found within, a Particle cannon meant to blow up any kind of debri that may find itself blocking the talos, as well as a small array of torpedoes for debri clearing as well.

The Talos while not meant to be a combat unit can hold its own in a fight being able to drag ships of its cost down into the depths crushing their hulls with the preassure and drowning their crew. It most certainly helps that the talos has a rather tough shell, being built with a lot of heavy armor, capable of shrugging damage from vehicles in its cost.
