This is a very simple HV, it just exists to make your life a bit easier.
You can use it to mine or as your first mobile HQ, but as soon as you have your first "real" HV or SV, you will probably want to dismantle this one for parts.

But it is a good first HV for Reforged Eden 2 if you are a beginner and don't know better.
