Menacing Elite

A more heavily armored, overwatch-styled replacement for the Combine elite, meant as a canon redesign.

Instead of blinding white and red, the Elites now wear standard soldier uniforms accented with drab green. Still recognizable and unique, but more practical for combat and unified with the Combine Overwatch aesthetic.

He now also wears bulkier armor to match the health increase and status as heavy soldiers.
