My first (cheat) mod, no support :D
adds below "potions" once you moved one tile on the map, they add destinies, event only triggers once.

Potions:
-Alchemy output +100% (custom destiny)
-Enhanced Spiritual Skill II (+30% spiritual range)
-Rain of Energy II (+80% energy back when at 10% )
-Blood Power II (Lifesteal 14% within 350 range)

"Potions" have permanent effect
No notification on gaining the Destiny or anything , but confirmed to work as expected
