Playable Ichthian

Description
This mod transforms the vanilla player model into an Ichthian.

HOW TO PLAY:
  1. Download the mod.
  2. Select "Play Custom Quest" at the game's title screen.
  3. Create a dummy character (or use an existing one), select playable_ichthian in the mod list and hit "Play". (Sometimes the game crashes if the dummy character did not exist before.)
  4. You will be redirected to the character selection.

LIMITATIONS:
  • Armor can be equipped as usual, but will not be displayed on the player model.
  • The animated character portrait in the top left corner will not be displayed.
  • Full compatibility with expansion content not confirmed yet.

KNOWN ISSUES:
  • Player textures are possibly not correctly applied if you enter the character selection before loading the mod. This is most likely related to the way the game handles assets.
  • Depending on the equipped weapon/executed ability, animations might be glitchy.

Please let me know if you encounter any problems and I will try to fix them.

@Hagalaz Friend, thanks for the work done! This is really cool! Could you add a playable cyclops with a taller height? Or a minotaur or a centaur? Thanks in advance!

@silaBorodbI Modding Titan Quest can indeed be a little tricky. Visual mods in particular also require a few custom third-party tools. I can't go into the details here, but i got all the necessary information from titanquestfans.net . There is an entire section dedicated to different modding tutorials.

Awesome mod! I tried to figure out how to make my own to change model to crocodile but got my brain obliterated by ArtManager. What is the secret magic behind this?
