Mood Doesn't Always Drain

Description
Fixes a painful problem where your mood will always decrease "leniently", leading you into a spiral of despair when in a high level area. Switch your mood bar to Mood 2.0 when making a new save.

you have to enable the Mood 2.0 survival bar when creating a new save.
