RedBeard's Isle

Description
The Lore of Captain Redbeard:

Captain Redbeard lived his entire life on the harsh seas. Using his quick wits and sharp cutlass, he was able to amass a fearsome pirate crew and gained infamy throughout the world. As Redbeard's power and wealth accumulated, he set himself a new goal: a plan to rule the entire ocean. Captain Redbeard planned to create a base of operations where he could live, increase his knowledge of the world, and achieve all of his greatest desires. While Redbeard was visiting Port Plunder, he overheard another pirate crew talking about a famous island known to tourists for its tranquil waters and lack of witch corruption. Redbeard knew what must be done. Once Redbeard and his crew arrived at Loakiki, he and his crew pillaged the island and claimed it as their own. Once under control, Redbeard ordered the construction of his own personal pirate castle.

As Redbeard's plunder continued to grow, he devised a plan to sell his lesser-valued loot in exchange for even more precious gold and weapons. Creating his own trading company, he built a dock on his isle where he would trade his plunder to desperate kingdoms in need, making sure to take advantage and set an example, if anyone ever questioned his antics. During one of his trade discussions with the Dreamy King, the king managed to pique Redbeard's interest and convinced him to spare his kingdom from any further "trade deals." In return, the Dreamy King told Redbeard of the ancient hag who lived in the Morgaryll Forest and had knowledge of magics that could aid Redbeard in his quest to rule the ocean. It took two years to find the hag in the dark and whimsical forest. The hag had heard of Redbeard's devious plans and, surprisingly enough, wanted to become partners with him in exchange for resources and protection. Redbeard was suspicious of the hag, knowing what it took to get this far down the path of evil, but he knew that with the aid of the hag's dark magic, he would be one step closer to completing his goal. Once their meeting was finished, Redbeard gave the hag the coordinates to his isle. Using her dark magic, she teleported her hut to the isle.

As the years passed, the hag assisted Redbeard in creating a magical jungle on his isle, where they would grow enchanted fruits and sell them for a hefty price. Redbeard was extremely pleased with the hag; in return, he gave her a rare blue lily he had acquired from a recent pillage. Unbeknownst to Redbeard, this was the key to summoning the Kraken, the most powerful creature in the seas! The hag informed Redbeard of what he had given her, and they both agreed to do whatever necessary in order to summon the Kraken. If the summoning was a success, they knew they would rule the ocean! At last the fateful day had finally arrived. The hag was able to summon the Kraken while Redbeard was returning from a voyage. There was one problem: the Kraken was not to be tamed. The Kraken began to terrorize the isle! Upon Redbeard's approach, he witnessed the catastrophe and ordered his crew to stop the Kraken from destroying his castle! Luckily, the hag was able to cast a time spell on the Kraken, halting the immense destruction. Captain Redbeard thought this was a trick of the hag and ordered his crew to find and attack her. As the hag defended herself from this surprise attack, she thought Redbeard had betrayed her! The hag used the last of her mana to conjure her witch underlings to help her lay waste to Redbeards Isle, collecting everything of use to her as she planned to depart from the Isle and let Redbeard have fun with his new pet when her time spell wore off.
