Consistent American English Localization v1.0.0 for Europa Universalis IV v1.37

ABOUT:
Changes 274 lines of text in the English localization to correct grammar and spelling errors, improve consistency, and change British spellings to American spellings.

Changes 1 anachronistic province name, fixes 12 instances of incorrect capitalization, 7 instances of incorrect grammar, 12 typos, edits 75 localization keys for more consistency, 4 for clarity, and 189 to change British spelling to American spelling.

Safe to install/update on existing saves.
