Report a translation problem
I don't know the exact threshold, but I've been able to get it to happen by selecting 20 PP worth of passives, including both Crit Rate Up and Long Game. The comparison will show an equipment change losing both MP and HP (but not crit rate, oddly).
Adding more passives will eventually also show an equipment change resulting in crit rate loss.
Note that I'm also using the FF Conversion mod (and a handful of others).
