Better Medkit (100% HP)

Description
Not sure why this isn't already a thing in the workshop. (There probably is but whatever.)

Intended for those thinking 80% HP is too little or Better Medkit's reduced use time makes the game bit too easy.

*Restores full health (80% of missing HP > 100% of missing HP)
*Increased max health restored (100 > 9999), allowing most addons like Survivor-Specific Perks that increases survivors max HP compatible and free-for-all healing emoting, or possibly griefing

there IS already mod like this, however, the mods always seems to have weird bug. such as it only works once, then it just doesn't work/broken
