Description
disables HS energy use on avatar weapons.
this thould be a settings toggle, but until then.

HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS UNTIL NOW? me and my friend decided to stick with the version just before the camera nonsense because we didnt really like what they did with the avatar!

I got a fatal error while initializing.

ok it did not work .... I will look at some tutorials ... i have never installed any mods in this game since i got it in 2015 since it never needed it .... now with their dumb changes i need it .. . .
