This mod looks like a pair of shoes, but it is actually a combination of tights and shoes, with a fixed color for the legs and feet. This means it cannot be used by random NPCs. If you want it to match the skin color of the upper body, you can do the following:
1. Directly replace the color texture of the human female body with the texture provided in the mod file after you subscribe to it.
2. Modify the texture color of this high heels mod until it matches the skin color.
