Handheld minimap fix (Lua) 小地图修复

Description
Function
This mod restores the functionality of handheld device minimaps outside of submarines, allowing them to be used again in ruins, wrecks, beacons, stations, and other locations.

Note: Back in version 1.6.17.0 (Unto the Breach), the devs made handheld devices unusable outside of submarines to enhance immersion. However, some players, including myself, prefer the previous functionality.

Requirement
Lua For Barotrauma needs to be installed.


功能
此模组恢复了手持设备（状态监控器、物品查抄器等）在潜艇外的小地图功能，允许其在遗迹、沉船、信标站、站点等位置的使用。

注：在 1.6.17.0 版本（古人之中）中，开发者为了增强沉浸感，限制了手持设备在潜艇外的使用。然而，一些玩家（包括我）更喜欢之前的功能。

需求
需要安装并开启 Lua For Barotrauma

回坑之后看不到小地图，排查了好久MOD bug，原来是游戏本体把小地图屏蔽了:bccry:

I'm using loads of Lua mods, of course. I repeated the same behavior where the map appears and disappears, and the console showed no errors. I haven't yet tested it in MP.

@kenanthebarbarian: Did you get any error when the map disappeared? I tested again, it worked both in SP and MP, and I could not identify the issue... Are you using other LUA mods at the same time?

Two details that may be relevant: (1) I run the game on Mac; (2) I use the Launch Options method for Lua installation. Not sure if either would make a difference.

@kenanthebarbarian: strange, it worked fine when I tested...could be a bug, I will look into it.

SP, Lua installed. I tried going farther inside the outpost, away from the zone in which you can start missions. There, the map popped up for a second, then disappeared and would not return.

I this for the Handheld Status Monitor? I took one onto an outpost, but the map did not display.
