Working Logical Oscilloscope

Description
Working storage oscilloscope, made to work with logic elements in the game, and view the structure of various signals of different frequencies.



Instructions

Quick Start:
1. Turn on the oscilloscope by pressing the large red button in the upper left corner;

2. Apply a variable signal to input #1 or #2;

3. Press the auto-tuning button - yellow button, located at the top not far from the power button;

4. Wait about 15-20 seconds until the auto-tuning is complete;

5. Everything is ready, you can observe the graphs in basic mode.

6. To switch the mode to sinusoidal, press the blue (cyan) button, and run auto-tuning again. Also in this mode you can work with two signals at once by combining them into one, using the dark green button next to the blue (cyan) button;

7. For advanced viewing, press the blue button to activate the auxiliary grid, located in the lower right corner of the first panel, next to it there will be 3 black buttons;

(Numbers with A added at the end stand for indicators, B for inputs).

Main control buttons
1. Big red button - Responsible for turning on the oscilloscope;

2. Blue button - Enables and disables the extra bar display;

3. Green (left) button - Switches the updating of the period counter from the basic to the signal from the input (not recommended when working with high-frequency signals);

4. White button - Updates the period counter, holding it down for 1.5 seconds will lock the automatic update (can be locked during automatic setup);

5. Red button - Locks the period counter;

6. Yellow button - Auto-tuning (input signal required);

7. Dark gray (top) button - Multiplies the signal by 2 (provided the second common input signal mode is enabled);

8. Gray (bottom) button - Enables the second signal mode, for long signals;

9. Cyan button - Switches modes from square to sinusoidal;

10. Dark green (right) button - Sums two sine waves into one;

11. Orange button - Condenses the output sinusoidal signal;

12. Black button - Switches the operating input (can be mixed in sine mode for the sum of two sines);








1A. The first two numbers (in the upper left corner) - Number of positive ticks in the signal (N/16);

2A. Second two numbers (in the upper right corner) - Number of negative ticks in the signal (N/16);

3A. Analog frequency meter (0-20Hz, +-0.65Hz);

4A. Digital frequency meter (0-20Hz, +-1Hz);




(Also activates the advanced information display mode)




13. Large white button - Overwrites the storage device;

14. Orange button next to the white button - Blocks automatic refresh of the storage device;

5A. White light - Memory operation;

6A. Green indicator - Record positive ticks;

7A. Red indicator - recording of negative ticks;








1B. Entry #1;

14. Large yellow button - Switching input modes #1: 8A. Green - All 4 gates must be connected. 9A. Yellow - At least 1 gate must be connected. 10A. Orange - All gates on the input will be connected via XOR. 11A. Red - All input gates will be connected via NAND;

15. Large blue button - Lowers the frequency on the frequency generator;

16. Big red button - Increases the frequency on the frequency generator;

12A3B. Input #3 - Frequency generator output;




13A. Blue lamp - Indicator of the first input mode;

14A. Orange lamp - Indicator of the second input mode;




15A. Debug Ports;




16A. Current version;



Notes and Tips
With the help of the version indicator you can compare the current version with the current one (at the end of the description);

In case of stable signals, it is recommended to disable the automatic update of the period counter, as it may cause interference (hold down the white top button for 1.5 seconds);

At sharp change of signal twice, the memory can write wrong values, you can find out it by adding 2 numbers, for example 1+F(15)=16, if the answer at the sum will not be equal to 16, then you need to update the memory manually - the big white button on the left bottom;

The appearance of the building in the workshop and in the game may differ slightly;

In the list of updates, you can find what was added in the new version (it probably won't be in the description);

For stable operation it is recommended not to create micro freezes, maintain fps 40 and above, if very much lags, you can try to switch to older versions that are on the update list;

@Голубь, почитай комментарии, и недавно добавил возможность считать угол сдвига фаз у разных генераторов например построенных на поршневых двигателях "давления" (не я придумывал эти названия). Короче сложно все это, очень специализированная вещь, и очень редко может пригодится

Просто я не понимаю для чего в скрапе может пригодиться осциллограф

@Entary, можно зацикливать сигналы, или снимать значения с датчиков от вращения каким либо двигателем к примеру

Нет слов. Я просто решил зайти в мастерскую скрапа (первый раз за последний год), а тут такое. Только лишь вопрос, как оно должно работать, если в скрапе нет аналоговых сигналов, а только логические нули и единицы? Наверное, это я чего-то не понимаю
