Actually, forget my previous comment. Thats how to get another mod working, and I assumed it would be the same for this one, but its not.
Ive tried but cant get this mod to work

How to use:
1. Subscribe. It adds the file to your PC.
2. Go to the hard drive where you installed steam, and go to -
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\915600\3449426987
3. Copy the .pak file
4. Paste it into here -
Steam\steamapps\common\Them & Us\UDKGame\CookedPC\TU\CommunityCostume
5. Start game, go to wardrobe, then press Right(>) Arrow/DPad to switch to workshop costumes.
