Non-map specific achievements
Driving

Engines On
Start your Dustland journey.
Unlocks upon starting any map.

Notes: Just play the game.

Baby Driver, Easy Rider, On the Road, Nomadland
Drive X km in a single playthrough.
Unlocks at 1,000 / 5,000 / 15,000 and 60,000 km driven in a single playthrough.

Notes: Up to 15,000 km should unlock naturally, especially on the hard mode map. If you feel like maxing it out right now instead of naturally you should start/switch to the fast truck/trailer loadout to hit up to 96 km/h with the relevant driving perks.

First Steps, Around the Block, World-Weary, Dustlander
Drive X km across all playthroughs.
Unlocks at 200 / 10,000 / 100,000 and 1,000,000 km

Notes: Just enjoy the game and don't worry too much about it. With the Road Builder free DLC you can make it easier on yourself if you're going to grind it.

Cooking

Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Iron Chef
Learn X recipes.
Unlocks at 5 / 30 / 70 / 100 and 150 recipes.

Notes: Use the recipe guide found here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3298985012
Remember, friendly camps (random event on world map) can offer free random recipes for cooking or crafting under [Chat] once per event (repeatable).
Also, always cook rations, but leave up to 50 locked (eating forbidden for crew) rations for events. You can always cook food, but I'd wait until midgame before actively hunting recipes due to cost and travel distances involved. Also, use your cities productions as well to alleviate some traveling and expenses.

You Donkey!, Health Code Violation, Typhoid Mary
Make X Inedible Food.
Unlocks at 1 / 10 and 100 failed cookings.

Notes: Just grab 100 water, drop a save and cook only water. Easy achievement, then reload.

Hiring/Recruiting

Two's Company, Three's a Crowd, Quad Squad
Have X crew members in your truck.
Unlocks at 2 / 3 and 4 crew members active at once.

Notes: More crew space can be unlocked via cores or trailers. On the hard mode map you start with four crew slots, so you can just straight up hire three people asap.

Foreman, Shift Manager, General Manager, Entrepeneur, Capitalist
Hire X characters from the bar.
Unlocks at 6, 10, 20, 30 and 40 characters hired.

Notes: Counts for "special characters" as well as the generic characters Farmer, Rancher and Worker. Will unlock naturally if you keep hiring people for your upgraded cities.

Infected Kills

Not the Boss of Me
Defeat an Alpha Infected.

Notes: As first boss kill I recommend the Valkyrie, as she is the weakest among the "bosses".

Titan Fightin' Machine
Defeat a Titan.

Notes: A Titan is the final boss so to speak. Bring top tier gear, your strongest crew and massive amounts of ammo. Also, it's best to have the stamina perks, because the fight will tire you out massively.
Haggard Plains - Main Quests
COINTEL
Identify the mole.

Notes: [Civitas Route & Taranis Route]: Cannot be failed. The contact in SM City has options Speech > 15 or Virtue > 12, but can be bribed as choice here doesn't matter. Upon return to Taranis, under [Find mole] use [Chat] with all options, then go to Bar Gambler and choose one of the betting options - tested on several attempts, you seemingly always win, so might as well bet high. They make it very obvious that it is the librarian. Only [Lie that you want to work with Civitas] actually nets you any results.
Warning! Depending on choices made, and planned "route" you can lock yourself out of Mole 2 Mole - only the top most option leaves the librarian alive, but costs you -5 virtue (perfect for a Civitas run).

Belly of the Beast
Enter the heart of Civitas.

Notes: [Taranis & Civitas Route]: Just follow the questline. Cannot be failed.

Ice Cold
Execute the prisoner without hesitation.

Notes: [Civitas Route & Taranis Route]: Upon the test against the prisoner, select [Shoot him in the head]. The gun will not be loaded and you will get the achievement.

Prison Break
Free the prisoner from Civitas.

Notes: [Civitas Route & Taranis Route]: After the test. Costs Scrap x2000. The supply stash he reveals after freeing him makes it worth it: Tires x10, Medkit x3, Fuel x1000, Ammo x120. Also, payment from Taranis Mayor is Scrap x500 and Core x2. Also nets +20 Taranis reputation, so might come in handy just for that purpose.

Racketeer
Complete your first job for Civitas.

Notes: [Civitas Route & Taranis Route]: Granted upon finishing the Bucktooth Farm quest. Violent or non-violent doesn't matter for the achievement. Either Attack > 30 + Virtue < 10 or Speech > 25. If you chat with him first and offer him a beer (Scrap x150), you can cover the fee for him. That will cost you Scrap x3000 though, but unlocks a side mission that grants you Core x2 and Rations x80.

Ad Astra
Rebuild Starlight City.

Notes: No Route required. This means building every upgrade in Starlight City. Remember that your grace period of no attacks hitting your city only includes up to a prosperity of 10. Once you hit 11, raids will randomly target your city so have a full defense squad prepared. I recommend crafting beer as a useful trading good for easy clout and money.

Crossroads
Choose your own path.

Notes: [Taranis & Civitas Route]: Cannot be missed. After the Don's ultimatum, granted upon locking your "route".

Triple Agent
Side with Civitas.

Notes: [Taranis Route]: Upon being threatened by the Don in Metropol, side with Civitas.

Uncivilized
Put a permanent end to the don's criminal career.

Notes: [Taranis Route]: To get to the Don, you have to crush his operations first. At Western Gas Station (Rally Point 2), you'll either need Liquor x10 or Focus > 60 and Attack > 100. If you kill the merc leader, you still need to win a battle against Strength at 150 to raid the armory. At True Blue Rest Stop (Rally Point 3), you'll have to face a combat at Strength 90. No other choices. And last, at Industry City (Rally Point 1), either kill them (Combat at Strength 120) or negotiate at 50% chance for all (Attack > 50 or Speech > 50 or Scrap x2000).
Head to Sanctuary. Depending on your loadout, you have multiple options. I went full offensive. Fight the motorcycles (Combat at Strength 80) -> fight the truck (Combat at Strength 120) -> fight the barricade (Combat at Strength 200) -> Snipe (Focus > 45) or Fortify (Crafting > 30) or Head-on fight (Combat at Strength 160) to finally fight the Don (Combat at Strength 300). Be aware; choosing all ram options leading up to this fight will cost you 155 Truck HP before the boss fight, so make sure you're strong enough! Win and the achievement is yours.
[Civitas Route]: After "Mayormobile", head to Clunkertown, an event will trigger on the road. Challenge the Don - your crew will get wounded, but no skill check required. The Don will die and the achievement should trigger.

Voter Intimidation
"Convince" the bar patrons to vote for your candidate.

Notes: [Civitas Route]: During "Rock the vote", the Bar Gambler will be cheating. After losing twice, a new option appears. Intellect > 30 or Focus > 50, then Intellect > 35 and Focus > 30 or [Flip the table], followed by a combat vs Strength 160. The option [Flip the table] will be available from the first skill check and immediately lead to combat at the end of the event. Win to get the achievement.

Mole 2 Mole
Meet the librarian again.

Notes: [Civitas Route]: During "Rock the vote", select the Librarian and ask what she's doing there.

Pink Slip
Outlive your usefulness.

Notes: [Civitas Route]: Granted automatically upon returning to Civitas after overthrowing Taranis.

Mayormobile
Fix the ex-mayor's car.

Notes: [Civitas Route]: After a bit of driving after outliving your usefulness, an automatic event triggers. Head back to Taranis, agree to the now ex-major's request. Get the push rod from Sanctuary last, as that will lead you back near Clunkertown. Also requires either Scrap x10.000 or Scrap x6.000 and Speech > 60 or a combat against Strength 200. Achievement will trigger after delivering both pieces to Clunkertown.
Haggard Plains - Side Quests I
Rain, Sleet or Death
Fulfill an old man's dying wish.

Notes: "Old House". Check on him -> Give him food (Rations x3) -> Help -> Fulfill last request. Drive to marker to end the event and get the achievement. For maximum payment you need Speech > 25.

Liberator
Free a slave from slavers.

Notes: In Crudetown, interact with [Slave Trader]. Ask all questions, choose [About the slaves...] and [All slaver scum should die.]. Results in combat against Strength 40. Defeat them to end event, adds character and nets achievement.

Braving the Storm
Discover the secret lying beneath the massive thundercloud.

Notes: "Stormy Area". Find the source -> Make a lightning rod -> Advanced -> Talk -> Help him. Drive to the marked location to finish the event. Next choices should not matter for achievement.

What Lies Beneath
Uncover the secrets of the mysterious basement.

Notes: "Strange Frequency". Has hidden checks and might need rerolls. Save before attempting! Head to coordinates -> Observe (Focus > 30) -> Wait for eyes -> Pick the lock (Crafting > 20) -> Letter -> Box -> Search. Event should net you achievement and character.

Paradiso
Learn about the history of Paradiso.

Notes: "???". Greet -> Wait/Dodge (Focus > 30) -> Humans -> Quarantine Center. Drive to the new marker. Exhaust all options -> Reply -> Help him -> Lie (Speech > 20) or Hack (Intellect > 15) -> read all logs -> Use console (Intellect > 15) and end the event. Nets achievement and new character.

Spirited Away
Lose a crew member at the mysterious campsite.

Notes: "Camp". Figure out -> Take a nap -> Take a nap.

Higher Purpose
Allow a crew member to join the Glowworms.

Notes: See "All for One".

One for All
Leave the little girl behind.

Notes: See "All for One".

All for One
Nobody gets left behind.

Notes: "Ancient Ruins". Hello -> Chat (Speech > 20) -> Protect Scientists (Ammo x50) -> Accept. Drive to the new marker. Ask for information -> let a crew member leave to get the achievement "Higher Purpose", then reload and bribe them (Books x45 or Scrap x800) to keep them.
Accept the new task. Ask her name -> Let's go. Drive to the new marker. Save beforehand!
To get "One for All": Enter -> Snipe (Focus > 35) -> Leave the girl behind (Alternatively, if that doesn't trigger it, follow All for One until [We won't let you do this!] and choose the other option.)
To get "All for One": Enter -> Snipe (Focus > 35) -> Do whatever you can (Medkit x1) -> Drive to next marker. Tell them (Speech > 30) -> [We won't let you do this!] -> Armory or Ambush (Attack > 60) -> [If this is...]. When talking to the girl the rewards are for all crew; Option A gives +5 Attack, Option B +15 Speech and Option C +1 Fitness.

Apostate
Destroy the Order of the Sapphire Star.

Notes: See "Initiate".

Initiate
Join the Order of the Sapphire Star.

Notes: "Abandoned Farm". Farmhouse -> What happened? -> Show us -> Drive to new location. Save beforehand! Lie -> Flame -> Temple (You will eventually end up in the main hall anyway) -> Shoot (Focus > 25) -> Place a member on a cross (Crafting > 15) -> Kneel -> Sway (Speech > 25) or Accuse (Intellect > 25) -> Shoot (Ammo x20) -> [Love of the End] for achievement "Initiate", then [Steal the artifact] to get an unique item -> [Put an end to the cult] for "Apostate". Requires either Ammo x100 or Fuel x150. Otherwise get whatever reward you want, I recommend the artifact as it is unique.

Into the Abyss
Lose a crew member to the yawning abyss.

Notes: "Mobile Camp". Visit -> Just watch -> Buy (Scrap x100). Drive to marker. Descend -> Send with rope -> Wait -> Pull here for treasure or Wait one more time and then pull for achievement.

Jump Scare
Reach the end of the haunted house.

Notes: "Abandoned Amusement Park". Dismantling the ferris wheel can net 1000 scrap, the other options are less interesting. The haunted house event feels pointless, so I'd reload after. Enter the House -> Search (Focus > 20) -> Continue -> Open Door. Nets achievement and is a hard coded loss of a character. Just reload. The masks are head gear with +30% attack, so grab them if you want.

Whispers of Stone
Find the village of Henge.

Notes: "Stone Pillars". Enter -> Stop -> Comply -> Exhaust all options -> Accept -> Bury -> End event.

Hill of Beans
Find the coffee factory.

Notes: Starts upon first visit to Central Gas Station. Use [What is Dead Center?] for bonus xp, then go with [Yep]. Then just drive to the marked city, Sandstone Plains Industrial Complex.

Skeptic
Discover the secret of the Prophets Lodge diviners.

Notes: Starts in Wise Women Gas Station. Interact with [Fortune Teller]. Tell Fortune -> How's business -> Alright. Drive to Prophet's Lodge. Interact with [Watch Show] -> Ask to try -> Get a Fortune -> Repeat steps, but now Closer look -> Sweet talk (Speech > 15) -> Check (Speech > 45) or (Focus > 25). These skill checks can be bribed instead. Finish event and quest as you like, should have no impact on achievement.
Extra Note: Might be possible without the Fortune Teller step, but this way it's guaranteed. Also, you might be more interested in the core you get for keeping the secret.

Court Martial
Get revenge on the smuggler who double-crossed you.

Notes: In Foothills Lookout, interact with [Barracks]. Talk to the Sentry, do the fetch quest. Turn in the beer, get the item for the Commander, go offer him the cigarette. Leave for the moment. The Smuggler is in Green Grove. You can shop and return to him. Ask him about his goods twice and accept the quest. Drive to Foothills Gas Station, event starts immediately upon entering. Play dead (Attack > 45) -> Trick (Intellect > 35) or Promise (Speech > 35), Return to Foothills Lookout and go to [Barracks]. Smuggler -> Examine Cigarettes -> Commander -> Possessions -> Wounded Crew.
Haggard Plains - Side Quests II
Jack
Find the first leading man for your movie.

Notes: Check "Executive Producer".

Ennis
Find the second leading man for your movie.

Notes: Check "Executive Producer".

Executive Producer
Help the aspiring director shoot his movie.

Notes: Starts in Holy Wood. Interact with the [Movie Theater]. Chat -> Why do you seem down -> Of Course. Now we have to search for the two protagonists "Jack" and "Ennis".
The first event starts immediately upon entering Gas Station #66. Accept the quest, but for now don't drive to Necropolis just yet. Instead, make sure you have Coffee x1 at hand and head to Blue Tide Manor. There, interact with [Pond]. Talk -> Give him coffee -> Teach us (grants 300xp) -> [You wanna be in a movie?] -> "It" factor. First leading man and achievement get.
Drive to Necropolis. Event starts immediately upon entering. Observe (Focus > 25, not actually necessary) -> Fight (Attack > 100 + Ammo x100) or Full Speed (Fuel x150) -> end event and return to Gas Station #66. Interact with [Explorer], get your reward and then select [Speaking of movies...] to recruit him as the second leading man. Return to Holy Wood and finish the quest.

Treasure Hunter
Find the old mine owner's buried treasure.

Notes: In Oreville, interact with [Mine]. Anything interesting? -> Sure (Scrap x100) -> Decode (Intellect > 25). Order of the next two cities doesn't matter. Drive to Far West Gas Station and interact with [Treasure Map]. Choice (Wait 5 hours or Ammo x60) doesn't matter. Head to Middling Mountain Rest Stop and interact with [Treasure Map]. Again, choice (Attack > 45 or Crafting > 20) doesn't matter. Read -> Open. Now drive to Far Flung Lookout. Event starts automatically upon arriving.

Empty Words
Tell the farmer to stay strong.

Notes: In Hope Hills, interact with [Farm]. Charm the daughter (Speech > 16) -> Sure. Accept the delivery from the wife. Drive to the daughter event (Intellect > 20), read her letter to end the event. The wife's delivery is obvious, read the letter to unlock a conversation option with the farmer. Delivery auto completes on arrival. Return to Hope Hills and chat with the farmer. Talk with him about wife and daughter, then select [Stay strong, bud.] to get the achievement.

Strangelove
Attempt to destroy the other side of the world.

Notes: In High Command, interact with [High Command]. Requires Intellect > 25. Exhaust all options, then select [Activate nuclear counterattack] and end the event.

Granny Grifter
Rob a little old lady.

Notes: Immediately starts upon first visit to Wheatstalk. Accept the task, choose [Break the door down] and end the event.

Postman
Deliver the little boy's letter to his mother.

Notes: Starts immediately upon visiting Dusty Ridge Rest Stop for the first time. Yes -> Sure. Drive to Great Oilwell and finish the quest for the achievement.

Tastes Like Pork
Realize that you've inadvertently eaten human flesh.

Notes: Begins in Southern Lookout. Interact with [Barbeque] -> Buy meat. Next step begins immediately upon entering Carp Grove for the first time, so be careful in approacing the city. What are you doing -> Intimidate (Attack > 25) or Bluff (Speech > 16) -> End event and achievement should trigger.

Hang 'Em Up
Buy a mansion to retire from exploring the Dustlands.

Notes: City event in Sanctuary. Once you enter the city, there will be a [Realtor] below the library. You can purchase an entire house for 20,000 scrap. Doing so nets you 1,000 clout and ends the game (grants the achievement) if you select "Let's retire". Just reload a prior save and continue playing afterwards.
Twilight Valley - Main Quest
Messy Business
Deal with the hoodlums in Griddleville.

Notes: When delivering the order to Griddleville, select [Not happening] and choose the violent option (Ammo x40 and Crew Attack > 25) to disarm the hoodlums. Achievement will trigger at this step, so final choice doesn't matter.

Outfoxed
Collect what you're owed from Foxton.

Notes: When delivering the food, tell the mayor off for bonus speech gain, then select [Not happening.] -> Alright. Do something else for 10 days and come back. The game will even notify you when it's time. Interact with the [Deliver Food] option again. Not happening -> Threaten (Attack > 30) -> Take what you're owed.

Patience Is a Virtue
Good things come to those who wait.

Notes: When delivering Food to Goldsands, agree to their deal (10 days wait for 10 materials) and then come back after those days have passed. The game will even notify you when it's time. Collect the materials and the achievement.

No Rest for the Wicked
Solve everybody's problems.

Notes: Impossible to miss. Granted upon completing the triple mission chain from Dionysia/Tectura.

The Art of Persuasion
Sometimes violence really is the answer.

Notes: In "Cruisin' For a Boozin'" return to Gorgeville. Starts immediately upon entering the city. [Something's not right here.] -> [Rough him up] (Attack > 35). Further choices don't matter.

Save the City
Save Homestead by giving them much-needed supplies.

Notes: Impossible to miss. Granted upon completing Homestead questline. Requires Rations x80, Fuel x3000, Liqour x15 and Building Materials x15.

Incorruptible
Stick to your principles.

Notes: Achievement seems to require certain decisions/choices during your run, meaning you have to be a good person during the delivery missions, for example waiting for Goldsands and staying firm with Foxton (but without taking more materials than you are owed) or not hurting the thief during "Cruisin' for a Boozin'". If you have done everything "correctly" according to the internal game logic, and finished every side quest before the final big delivery mission to Dionysia, don't sell out to the mayor (meaning forcing him to build the wall and not going with him to the bunker) and the achievement should be yours.

Addendum: I cannot be absolutely certain which of the main story events (or even side story events!) flags your save as "You are a corrupt person" and disables the achievement for the run, so I must sadly recommend creating several backup saves at libraries (or just replaying, depending on the effort you wish to invest).

Hero of the Valley
Some things are worth more than scrap.

Notes: Complete all main and side quests around delivering building materials and food to the cities of the Twilight Valley, while selecting the "good" options.

The Bunker
You're safe. For now.

Notes: Main Story. "Secret Base". Unlocked when agreeing to the deal of Dionysia's Mayor on the final story mission. You will have to accept his deal at the marked location, then acquire Rations x80, Fuel x3000, Liqour x15 and Building Materials x15 and deliver them to Dionysia.
Twilight Valley - Side Quests
A "Thank You" Would Be Nice
Help some ungrateful villagers.

Notes: Starts immediately upon entering Last Stop Gas Station for the time. Achievement needs you to immediately help the villagers (Combat at 120). Beating this grants the achievement. I recommend reloading and mediating the conflict peacefully. For the peaceful route you need Focus > 18 and Speech > 25.

Radio Free Dustlands
Free the people stuck in the broadcasting station.

Notes: "Mysterious Signal". Investigate thoroughly -> Respond -> Fix -> Wait -> Fiddle -> Sure -> Keep your word -> Exhaust all options -> Jimmy the door open -> Look around -> Check braker box (Crafting > 20) or Shoot it (Ammo x20).

The Tower
Climb the tower.

Notes: "Mansion." Give it a try -> Exhaust all options before Manor House -> Exhaust all before next floor (be aware of Dining Room (Focus > 10), chance to get wounded) -> Investigate (Crafting > 16) -> Choice doesn't matter (Speech > 18 or Attack > 30 or Ammo x20) -> Touch them -> Second Floor -> Left -> Right -> Look carefully (Focus > 30) -> Who's there? -> [Leave, but come back later.]
Achievement will trigger here. I recommend the peaceful route for Core x2. Needs skill check Focus > 15.

Dustland Delivery
Help bring new life into the world.

Notes: "Defense Encampment". Help (Ammo x20) -> Ask politely -> Take her to the city. While the quest claims to be timed from it's descriptions, it doesn't get a timer you can see. Still, just drive straight to Midwife Rest Stop. Achievement pops once you arrive and finish the event.

Holy Herb
Get the villagers to swap their Holy Herb for food.

Notes: "Broken-Down Truck". Approach -> Choice doesn't matter (Crafting > 12 + Scrap x200 or Fuel x40) -> Do the quests until you need to get seeds. Travel to Blanket Rest Stop. Ask child -> Ground -> Footprints -> Silent -> Sample -> Offer food (Rations x30).

What a Scoop!
Uncover the truth behind some highly unethical research.

Notes: "Hitchhiker". Virtue check doesn't matter. Neither does trainings. Beware the negative "rewards" from close combat and weapon maintenance (-5 attack/crafting respectively). Barracks has attack event (one character will be wounded if not blocked), Medical Center offers Medkit for free. Afterwards, go to the secret facility (new side story, marked on map).
Go Mil-Sec -> ask all questions -> go to lounge (access card) -> locker (disguise) -> explore -> all options in secret lab -> take the log -> skill check (speech > 20 or attack > 20) -> choose to publish the findings for achievement (will tank Mil-Sec relations by -40, so reloading is advised)

Together in Death
Leave the young girl to die alongside her friend.

Notes: "Refugees". Need a ride -> Event continues immediately upon arrival, select [Listen] -> Need any help? -> Exhaust all options and select [Help her]. Drive to the new marker. Observe (Focus > 20) -> Call out -> Enter -> Wait and see -> Tie up -> [Give her peace].

Code Cracker
Figure out the lock combination.

Notes: "Electronic Lock". Have a think (Intellect > 15) -> Write down -> 3-digit -> Crack the code (Intellect > 18).

Dances with Wolves
Talk to the wolves.

Notes: Requires Animal Handler (Veterinarian should work as well). Event starts immediately upon entering Saint Critter for the first time. Do not enter Saint Critter without one on your truck or you will lock yourself out of the achievement for the run! Can be hired randomly or for 950 scrap at the circus.
Learn more -> Talk to the wolves -> Combat at 70 -> return to Saint Critter and end the event. Achievement should already trigger once you talk to the wolves.

You Know Dogs Can Swim, Right?
Nice going, idiot.

Notes: Starts immediately upon entering Puppy Palace Gas Station for the first time. Just press [Save the dog].

At Least It's Not Horse Dewormer
Discover the secret behind the vaccine.

Notes: Starts immediately upon entering Purewater Gas Station for the first time. Observe (Focus > 12) -> Peek (Focus > 18) -> Take a look -> Sure. Upon arrival in Twilight Rest Stop the event continues. Accept the new quest -> drive to marker and [Peek inside without leaving a trace] (Intellect > 12) -> Schlep them -> Return to Vaxville. Select [Something's off] to continue the quest chain.
Ask around -> Tail -> Pick lock (Crafting > 25) -> then essentially just exhaust all options top to bottom several times until [Keep an eye on the warehouse] -> [Make a big show ] -> and again exhaust all options top to bottom until [We rest our case.] Achievement should trigger here. Meet the mayor again to wrap things up. Choice nets virtue, decline is Combat at 60, accept is Scrap x3000. Do whatever you want.

Think About It
Display a complete lack of critical thinking skills.

Notes: in Vaxville, interact with [Pharmacy] and try to buy the vaccine.

Data Recovery
Uncover critical data for research into the infected.

Notes: "Distress Signal". Since there are three on the map, you're looking for the one with a description along the lines of "it doesn't look like they're under attack." [Let him in] -> Got it -> Stomp them -> Recon (Focus > 15) -> Douse the door (Fuel x100) -> Exhaust everything (avoid [Break room] and [Sterilization chamber] on the second search, as you will lose items and have a chance to get wounded) -> Food (Rations x6) or Water (Water x20) -> Are you ok? -> Finish the event and get the achievement.

Voice of an Angel
Acquire a recording of a miraculous song.

Notes: See "Impresario".

Impresario
Help the circus put on the best darn show this town's ever seen.

Notes: Go to Cirque des Déchets. To start chat with [Pierrot], then go to [Backstage]. Needs Intellect > 10. Rummage -> What do you make of this? Exhaust all options and go back to Pierrot. Select [We'll help you out.] to start the chain. Capturing the zombies is an easy combat with only 10 strength.
The calming method is Voice of an Angel. Go to "Distress Signal". Since there are three on the map, for this one you are looking for a description along the lines of "Surrounded by infected [...] You're not sure how long they can hold out." See what's going on -> Stab -> exhaust dialogue, then select [We can help you.] -> Skill check (Crafting > 25 or Crafting > 10 and Scrap x1000) -> Skill check (Speech > 10).
The killing method is at Daveton. Interact with [Field]. Shout at a plant -> Wait to see in action -> Ask to buy -> Buy some seeds (Scrap x350).
Once you have everything head back to the circus, turn everything in with Pierrot.

Ridi, Pagliaccio
Listen to a clown's joke.

Notes: Go to Cirque des Déchets, Clown can only be hired there. I recommend saving, hiring the Clown, driving around a bit until the achievement pops and reloading, as the Clown only has skills in Speech. Or put him in one of your cities for production, as 50 scrap for 50 speech might be a deal for you.

They Fell off a Truck
Keep the weapons for yourself.

Notes: In Cornucopia, interact with [Ministry of Agriculture.] Questions -> Any jobs? This will unlock the "Arms Deal" side quest. After receiving the quest, it will continue automatically upon arriving in Southern Lookout. Deal with the infected (Ammo x30 or Fuel x125 at 50% chance, repeating) and return to get the weapon shipment. You'll immediately get to choose. If you keep the weapons you get the achievement - and only a Sight.

Spin to Win
Blow your cash on the slot machines.

Notes: Go to Dionysia, enter the [Casino] and play at the slot machines. You should get the achievement immediately.

The Gambler
Win twice at Blackjack.

Notes: Very misleading description. In Dionysia, interact with [Casino] and go to Card Table. You need the event in which you begin with a 15. Select [Hit] to go to 19. Now you need another [Hit] but it's random to draw a 2. If you get it and hit 21, you'll recieve the achievement. May RNG be in your favor.
Sheol - Main Quest I
Main Story
Warning! Permanent consequences during The First Password and post HQ (Who Do You Think You Are?)! Read carefully and be aware!

The First Password
Acquire the first Headquarters password.

Notes: Part of the longer New Taranis branching story.
New Taranis -> Marketplace and City Hall seem pointless. Shortest route is Bar -> Bartender -> Drink (Scrap x100) and then Market -> Ironmonger.
You can buy a round for the entire bar at the Bartender (Scrap x1000, grants Crew +1 Charm), but doesn't have any story impact.
Drive to Military Base and interact with [Camp].
Warning! Permanent consequences ahead! Killing everyone will later on cost you one of your crew in a forced loss event! Be aware!
If using Force -> Watchtower (Ammo x50) -> Kill the sleepers -> let them leave to avoid permadeath event
If using Sneak -> Pick lock (Crafting > 20) -> Kill the sleepers -> let them leave to avoid permadeath event
Return to New Taranis to get the first password from the letter. There appear to be no consequences in going to the new side event, grabbing everything and then killing the Army of the Republic that tries to rob you. Use [Hand them lit explosives].

The Second Password
Acquire the second Headquarters password.

Notes: Must have the kids from the start of the game with you! Granted at the Center for Disease Control if you decline the offer to stay forever. No skill checks needed, but Speech > 30 recommended for flavor text.

Quarantined
Stay at the Center for Disease Control for the rest of your life.

Notes: Must have the kids from the start of the game with you! Upon arriving at the Center for Disease Control, follow along with the event and grab all options. Recommended to have Speech > 30 for flavor text. At the end, decide to stay within the building - game ends and grants you the achievement. (Potentially delay until achievement is awarded, so be aware.) Of course, you can just reload and continue, as was the case with other "run-ending" achievements.

Who Do You Think You Are?
Remember who you are.

Notes: [Vengeful & Submisse Path]: Granted automatically post HQ in Wolfden.

Extra Notes: Warning! Permanent consequences!
HQ -> Tallest building -> Ammo x50 or Focus > 25. Leaving -> Focus > 20 -> Shoot (to avoid a wound roll). Fight (Combat at 200) or Drive off (Truck HP -30).
Rush Bikes -> Brake harshly (Truck HP -10) -> Stop -> Wait x1 -> Everyone clear sand -> Proceed Event -> Carrier Question (Should matter for story, but doesn't seem to?) -> Head to Wolfden
On the way to Wolfden you'll be intercepted by the Army of the Republic. Depending on your choices during Military Base, events will be drastically different! If you insult the President while he steals your stuff, your main character will lose an eye and get the permanent trait "Half-Blind" which reduces your focus. Select "..." to avoid getting blinded.
Final choice: selecting "This isn't over..." will grant your main character the permanent trait "Vengeful" or selecting "Maybe we shouldn't have..." will grant you the permanent trait "Submissive".
This will have consequences for the endings you can achieve!

All Man Are Created Equal
Deliver the formula for the cure to the Dustwolves.

Notes: [Vengeful & Submisse Path]: Just follow the story and decide that the lives of the Carriers are worth something. Then hand your notebook over to the Dustwolves in Wolfden.
Warning: Mutually exclusive with "Big Pharma".

La Historia Me Absolverá
Start a revolution in New Taranis.

Notes: Post "Remember who you are" -> Story quest where you think about carriers or humans -> go back underground -> head to New Taranis or Embarkadero (random) -> Choice Event with Army of the Republic
Resist to get event "Danger" -> president with tank will eventually stop you again -> triggers wound roll on all crew -> invites you to Metropol -> during travel you will get another choice event
If you don't resist you basically just skip the event chain so you can head straight to Metropol and on the road still get the choice event between submission and vengeance.
Only "Vengeful" characters can continue past the revolution in New Taranis into opposing the president!

[Vengeful Path]:
-> Vengeful for resistance/revolution required!

In Metropol just go through the event. Once you're done with the president, choose the resistance option again. During the Collect Taxes from New Taranis for the President -> help the Prools
If you keep listening to the foreman after returning to New Taranis you will get Crew +2 Intellect
-> option to rebel against the president [I'm with you]

[Submissive Path]:
You can start the revolution following the same pattern as on the Vengeful Path, but you cannot commit past helping New Taranis getting rid of it's corrupt Mayor.

Visible Hand
Become a scab.

Notes: [Vengeful & Submisse Path]: Play through the "Collect the taxes" event for New Taranis, siding with the Mayor. Once you do the "Negotiations" event outside the city and return to the city, you will get an event blocking you form entering New Taranis for the rest of the run.

Big Pharma
Deliver the formula for the cure to the president.

Notes: [Vengeful & Submisse Path]: One of the potential rewards for finishing the president's questline about tax collection. You'll need either/and or both the "Young Girl" and "Young Boy" from gamestart on your truck when you hand the quest in! Will end the game (you can reload and do "Discharge Papers" for example).
Additional Notes: I recommend making a hard save beforehand.
Warning: Mutually exclusive with "All Man Are Created Equal".

Discharge Papers
Earn your freedom from the Army of the Republic.

Notes: [Vengeful & Submisse Path]: One of the potential rewards for finishing the president's questline about tax collection. You can still deliver your notebook to the Dustwolves, but making the cure or entering New Taranis are impossible.

Dungeon

Amateur Arcaeologist
Explore your first ruin.

Notes: See "Dungeon Delver"/"Dustland Jones".

Dungeon Delver, Dustland Jones
Claim 1 / 10 Ruin exploration rewards.

Notes: The exploration rewards are the percentage based rewards you unlock during and collect after the exploration. Two "small" ruins are easily accessed after starting the game and entering the underground for the first time. These will grant you 8 of 10 rewards with minimum hassle. Remember: exploration rewards are based on the revealed tiles and you have a useful progress tracker, so you don't have to fight/loot everything if you only want the achievement.

Tight Squeeze, Pretty Spacious, Are We Really Underground?
Fully explore a small, medium and large ruin.

Notes: As mentioned above, two small ruins can be accessed essentially almost after gamestart. Elysium, the large ruin near New Taranis, can also be connected relatively cheaply with a road builder - I suggest grabbing the associated quest from Narrowmarrow. The cheapest medium ruin can be connected to from the Brulee Mire Branch of the Road Construction Bureau.

Extra notes for dungeons: Fitness is your make or break stat, as it influences HP and most importantly the action points required to travel. Always bring melee weapons and at least muskets for small ruins, scaling upward and retreating from ruins if it gets too hard. You can always come back later. Ruin skills are nice, but you don't have to worry about crew without them. Use rest and hard tack (food item found in ruins) to keep your crew fatigue down. If you want to min max, bring high limit characters, especially on fatigue. Also, split your teams to cover more ground, yes, but don't make them too weak.

Killing Infected

Horde-Core
Defeat an infected swarm.

Notes: Combat at 320 strength. I recommend standard boss loadout before attempting them. Grants 150 clout per kill, useful for road building above ground (as underground road construction requires survey data from ruin rewards).
Sheol - Main Quest II
Solidarity Forever
Rebel against the president.

Notes: [Vengeful Path]: Once the revolution has been started:
Wolfden
If you've given the Dustwolves the cure/notebook it's just a story event.

Syndicate/Smoketown
Choice between negotiate and combat does not seem to matter for Wolfden choice if you've given them the notebook.
Negotiate: Camp A -> Negotiate -> Combat at 100 -> Camp B -> (Speech > 30 or Infected) or (Clout x30) -> Camp C -> (Focus > 20) or (Speech > 30 or Infected) or (Clout x40)
Combat: Camp A -> Combat at 80 -> Camp B -> Combat at 140 -> Camp C -> Combat at 180

Civitas
[Look around] -> Try to remember -> Find whoever's in charge -> go through the event until you can reveal your affiliation to the president or leave -> select leave -> gather intel -> Drunkard (Scrap x100) -> Bartender (Scrap x200) -> Scrap x500 or Speech > 30 -> Big changes -> ask Musician -> exhaust event until Combat at 100 -> exhaust event -> recruit Civitas -> return to New Taranis

The weapon to combat the tank is "Ruins Weapon" (RPG) and can be found as exploration reward at Elysium for 50% exploration. Can safely be gotten beforehand.

Play through the event and head to Metropol, you will get the achievement once you play through the event behind [Gather intel].
Entry option: Scrap x400 or Speech > 20 or Intellect > 20
Martial law option: Fight at 100 or Fuel x500 or Speech > 30

Sic Semper Tyrannis
Thus always to tyrants.

Notes: [Vengeful Path]: After leaving Metropol, head to the surface. In fighting the president, you have two options - swarm or head-on.
Swarm: Charge into -> keep going -> keep going -> Fuel x500 -> Ammo x100
Head-on: Fight at 200 -> Fight at 400
Whatever you choose, once you clear this drive to the next event. Save beforehand!
When facing the tank, be aware the event is random. You want Focus > 40 to dodge. Try to close the distance until you get the option "Now!" to use the Ruins Weapon. Drive to the next event. Save beforehand!
Random melee event against the president, you have to hit him three times to win. After you win, you get the achievement.

And Death Shall Have No Dominion
Complete the cure.

Notes: [Vengeful Path]: If you're rebelling against the president and have given the notebook to the Dustwolves, do not kill him! Save him, play through the event and never choose the "Vengeful" option to have the Dustwolves approach you about making the cure. Achievement get, main quest finished.
Road Builder DLC
Man WIth a Plan
Plan a road.

Notes: Plan your first road at the road builder and pay the cost. Remember that it costs clout! 75 to be allowed to use the Road Builder and then the cost depends on length of the planned road and terrain you want to cross.

Hit the Road
Build a road.

Notes: Granted upon finishing the build of a planned road, meaning all nodes are completed.

Road Crew, Road Contractor, Long and Winding Road
Granted upon building 500km / 2000km and 5000km of road.

Notes: Another long term project. Your cities can help with producing the required materials (Ore, Wood, Rubber and Building Materials).
Closing Notes
Thank you for reading/using my guide, I hope you found it useful, no matter whether this is your first or tenth playthrough.

Please consider rating this guide and stay safe out there in the Dustlands!

@»SoD« [☎]: Thank you for sharing your experience! This is quite curious, as my "Incorruptible" triggered only after doing everything before the final delivery and upon forcing the building of the wall.
I am also confused as to why you couldn't strongarm the mayor into building the wall, since you mentioned being helpful across all quests. Then again, I am not the developer and this achievement seems to have quite some weirdness to it.
»SoD« [☎] 15 Aug @ 4:19pm
After finishing the main quests by choosing the good or helping options I could not get the incorruptible achievement to pop. I was at the end where you hand out 50 bricks to the mayor but had no option other than sell out to the mayor. What I did was ride around the map and complete all sorts of side quests also in a good or helpful way and this popped the achievement. Didn't even have to go back to the mayor.

Got the 100%! Thanks again

@everyone: Additonal Note concerning "Big Pharma": To be on the safe side, I recommend a hard save with the library in Metropol beforehand. Even if having one of the characters on the truck enables the option (the issue Cobra Verde was describing) it is better to be safe, as not having both required characters might result in not getting the achievement!
Engine of Wrath  [author] 1 Aug @ 2:06pm
@everyone: The issue was as follows: If you wish to give the formula for the cure to the president, you need either/and or both the "Young Girl" and "Young Boy" from gamestart on your truck when you hand the quest in.
Cobra Verde 1 Aug @ 1:32pm
My three active main quests are:

- The President's Own (ready to turn in to president)
- The Age of Carries (go to Wolfden)
- The Future Of Mankind (says to continue the main branches)

Is this consistent with the save you loaded up?
Cobra Verde 1 Aug @ 1:31pm
Thanks for having a look but unfortunately, this occurs when I do not visit Wolfden and mention being the Dr there. So just doing the president quest and returning....

I still have pre Wolfden saves where I have the Tax quest completed but it won't let me proceed
Engine of Wrath  [author] 1 Aug @ 3:22am
@Cobra Verde: From the looks of your achievement data and your description (greyed out and no mention of the tag [Requires: Submissive], you potentially delivered the formula for the cure to the Dustwolves already in that save. You can't "double dip", as you give away the notebook containing the formula, which removes its flag from your inventory. Do you have a backup save pre-Wolfden?
I popped back into a backup save just for you with a vengeful MC and the option is there - but I haven't gone back to Wolfden to decide the fate of the carriers.
Cobra Verde 1 Aug @ 12:46am
Can you still deliver the cure to the president if you have vengeful trait? The option is greyed out for me even though I've been otherwise siding with him
Engine of Wrath  [author] 1 Jul @ 1:46pm
@pmb895: Spoiler warning: Don't have the game installed atm, so I can't give you the exact city name, but to the right of Ratzplatz is a city with a guy that begs you for a job. If you tell him of Ratzplatz and bring fuel and ammunition you can clear out Ratzplatz and make him major afterwards. No achievements and rewards weren't that great either.
