0.11 The United Nations Will Rise Again Update is out!

This mod was created due to me playing as the UN and uniting America (yes it was very painful).

To play as the UN?
-When the civil war play as the Atomwaffen Division and selected the decision "Commune with the Corn Syrup"

What does this add?
-A new order of battle.
-Allows the UN to core states.
-Allows the UN to buyg equipment.
-And a few other things(I forgot about).

Now if anyone wants to add this or expanded upon this you only have to give me credits.

To be honest idea of UN being able to secure Florida with support of international aids is great. Especially if AI United Nations' mission would be allying with side which won elections (without this I dont think that winning or losing elections means a lot)
