A music mod for tank theme

QUICK NOTE: Since this is a rushed mod and was only made for funny purposes, conflicts are likely to happen with your mods. In terms of sound mods of course, i will look into this but your best bet to make this work with your mods is to disable them first and re enable them and take out any possible conflicts you might have
