Jill Valentine Voice [B42]

With new patch adding some noises for Megaphone (and seemingly putting the crouching psst in the wrong place) Jill will be silent trying to use it (tho the Z's hear fine).

I don't know if this is something introduced with 42.10 because I didn't find these until after; but voice audio when swinging a weapon doesn't play for any of your voice packs on my end.

Everything else seems to play fine. There are a couple of voice mods that *do* play their attack audio, but I haven't yet been able to pin down a reason.

Wow when you exercise...wish the Advanced Volume could help you search for noises to to turn it down maybe 50% but could be a banger of a dance track.
