Health Regeneration

Description
This addon adds an automatic health regeneration system for players in Garry's Mod.

COMMANDS:
1. regen_amount 10 (Sets the recovery to 10 health per tick.)
2. regen_rate 1 (Will set regeneration every 1 second.)
3. regen_delay 3 (Sets a 3 second delay before health regeneration begins.)

Ask questions if necessary.

Can you make a cap in percentage of health? or an HP value? Optionally, of course. Or both, but you can choose which one you want.
