Description
Contains one species class with pony, reformed changeling, and changeling groups, along with a namelist for each. 101 pony portraits, 24 reformed portraits, and 22 changeling portraits. Also includes flags and robot ponies under the standard machine class (21).

Decided to make a new mod from scratch after noticing that the namelist from the linked mod was bugged for sequential items, along with leader employment. (Also because I only care for the portraits and not the many other features it adds)
Also because there wasn't any P-S9 alicorn twilight :), along with a few other characters.
Originally for personal use, but made public because why not :D

Okay so the pop groups change does work and the AI randomization should also work (didn't see any ponies spawn when i tested it with the pop groups but the machine ponies did spawn in). The randomized= thing does not work but "random_weight = {
base = 0
}" should. which is added inside the species_classes folder (added this after the other one didn't work, didn't properly test it though"

I have yet to see them spawn in except for like that one time a bit ago but I know there’s like a “randomized=“ line that I can either edit or add in to prevent them from spawning, which I’ll do later today (along with the pop group stuff)

Yeah NP. 4.0 changed a lot of things in ways that I can only consider "annoying" in general when it comes to modding syntax.

Also is there a way to prevent random pony empires from spawning? I only want there to be 1 custom pony empire that's allowed to spawn in the game.

Turns out it really was just a bug since I have the DLCs. When I remade the AI pony empire it was fine.

But since 4.0 all pony pops share the Celestia portrait. I had this bug for my own species mod and it turns out the fix is replacing the "pop = { " scope in the portraits txt with "pop_group = {", which brings pop diversity back.

Also unfortunately the phenotype traits are duplicated (one for the normal and the other for the modded portraits), may find a way eventually to have it not do that

The required dlc are only for the fact that the latent psionic trait is added for the new species, the machine ponies, and for the phenotype traits. You should be able to use it without them but it should lack those additions maybe (?), atleast for the phenotype traits, machines don't really need synthetic dawn but i put it there anyway and the latent psionic trait may or may not disappear if you own utopia or not (hopefully it does disappear). If any of you want the psionic trait removed or any other phenotype traits added you can say and I might do them. If you like pre 4.0 better there is a mod for it which lacks the phenotype addons

Actually nevermind, it was a bug. Cleared when I reset the portrait and traits.
