Efficient Mining - 20 Workers

Description
In this mode, we increased the worker limit from default to 20 workers in any mine. You can contact me for a plus limit increase for this mode.

Sadly, since you actually change the required worker limit, now the efficiency decreases instead. So its not a buff, instead a debuff. Sad.
