A port of the AR3/Emplacement Gun from Mmod

This is pretty basic as it is my first addon, although I would like to expand on it in the future when I have more time.

Credits:
-Dnjido - created the Mmod Tau Cannon, which this is heavily based on

It deals about 8 Damage and (I think?) about 16 on a headshot, I think I need to redo the bullet spread on it because its pretty bad
