Defence of Kaipiainen

The Soviet have crossed the border and currently our forces is hastly organized the defense of Lappeenranta, however the defenders of Lappeenranta was only able to hold them off for 14 hours and bought some time for the civilians to evacuated to Kouvola, the remnants of the Lappenranta defenders have retreated up the route 13 to join up with 2 companies of reservist that have been ordered to dug in and hold , this leave the route 6 open for the Soviets to push to Kouvola.

- Colonel your objective is to hold off the soviet advance and buy some times for reinforcement to arrive.

| in this scenario you will be commanding a battalion trying to hold off the Soviets advance toward Kouvola on route 9, hold them off until the promised reinforcements arrive and buy time for civilians to safely evacuating the city |
