Working TV Remote

Description
TV Remote is a weapon and visible in hands.

Chance to find a TV Remote close of modern TV.
It could be on ground, on or inside the furnitures in the room of the TV or an adjacent room, exepted the biggest appartement's buildings where it will Always be on the floor.

Minor issue:
Tv remote appears under furniture (b42 issue, don't know how to fix it yet).
Major issue:
Tv remote will never spawn in some building, TVs are detected with the event onSeeNewRoom then function choose a place in the room to spawn a remote, but this event is not triggered when building is randomized (like poker story, party or suicide inside the building)
BUT 99% guaranteed chance of having one in the house where you start.

- If a character has line of sight to a television and has a TV Remote equipped in one of their hands, they can perform appropriate interactions such as on/off or changing the volume from a distance instead of having to be adjacent to or walk to the TV.
