Garden City 1 - Plain

This pack contains three very similar suburban houses: 1 "Modern", 1 "Dated", and 1 "Old". They share the same texture so LSM is recommended. There are some small differences in texture and mesh that sets them apart from each other. Each house comes with four color variations, as shown in the pictures above, and should therefore also work with Repaint.

These types of houses were built in the early 20th century, heavily inspired by the Garden City movement in the UK and Germany. They can be found in suburbs to large Swedish cities (Enskede, Bromma, Örgryte). The typical house was built close to the narrow suburban road on a small lot, only leaving a couple of m2's of backyard, driveway with space for one vehicle (rarely garages), and with plenty of services (school, stores, parks...) within walking distance.
