Remove Ethiopia and Switzerland focus tree

Description
Tired of Ethiopia joining the Allies and causing WW2 early ? Tired of Switzerland requiring 400+ days to justify on ?
This mod fixes that by simply removing their focus tree and national spirits for Switzerland.

@jambro6 Disabling BBA also removes the air designer and some of the Italian focus tree which are useful features unlike the ETH and SWI focus tree
