You probably don't own Left 4 Dead 2, Half-Life 2, or the EPS, so please stop bothering my friend Greg. You can't just go around saying, "ERMMMM I SEE ERRORS!!!!" Buy the games and stop being upset about it.

you spawned it yourself, the only easter egg on this map is in the dark room corner (invisible wall)
