Novice Forager: (-%5)(-%10)(+0.5)(to little)
Beginner Forager: (-%10)(-%20)(+0.75)(little)
Proficient Forager: (-%15)(-%30)(+1.0)(normal)
Competent Forager: (-%20)(-%40)(+1.5)(High)
Foraging Expert: (-%25)(-%50)(+2.0)(very high)

Also There is Outcast trait that gives you some minor bonuses for foraging and some traits (give 8 points exactly like unemployed)

@PKPenguin they give bonuses for your foraging items found, zone for foraging and less debuff from dark and weathers (sorry if my english is bad)
