Description
Civilization: Millennium
Civilization Ability – Logic and Reason: Eurekas grant the full Science cost of a technology. Start the game with knowledge of Engineering.

Unique Unit – CNC:
Replaces the Special Operations Unit. Has +10 Combat Strength in both melee and ranged combat, and gains +100% experience.

Unique District – Engineering Department:
Replaces the Industrial Zone. Provides +1 Amenity and grants Science equal to this district’s adjacency bonus. Workshops in this district provide +3 Culture.

Leaders

Leader: Rio
Leader Ability: Enemy spy levels in your territory are reduced by 2. Your spies gain +2 levels for offensive operations. Spy capacity is increased by 4. Instantly triggers the Eureka for Computers in the Modern Era and Robotics in the Atomic Era.

Leader: Yuuka
Leader Ability: Your civilization gains +100% Gold per turn. Instantly triggers the Eurekas for Currency and Mathematics in the Ancient Era, Banking in the Medieval Era, and Economics in the Renaissance Era.

Leader: Noah
Leader Ability: Great Works of Writing yield +200% Culture and +200% Tourism. Gain +1 Great Writer point per turn. Libraries gain 2 Great Work of Writing slots. Instantly triggers the Eurekas for Writing and Machinery in the Ancient Era, and Printing in the Medieval Era.
