If your having trouble with the custom items you just have to look up the item on pzwiki and type in the item id. for example ham is Base.Ham or for a katana Base.Katana

For those having problems adding to the 'extras' line just add vanilla items like this (Katana,Katana,Katana....) In this case you will get 3 katanas in inventory. No spaces. I have tried to add a modded item (Nodachi,Katana..) and it doesn't work at least with that mod. Good luck with zed killing.

can you help me figure out how to spawn custom items instead of the items listed above if not its ok I tried everything

No. Use "Did I Have A Car?". It's not a 100% guarantee but as long as you spawn near a car, you'll get the key.

... Ok? This mod literally has a spot when you can add any item you want to the start with list on top of those it adds a box for.
