Description
Updated for Apex Survival!
These ships/rovers replace the vanilla respawn pods. There is a different pod for each of the vanilla spawn locations.

All pods were designed by myself and balance similar(ish) to the vanilla versions. They also fit thematically with the NPC mods I'm making for the default Star System. Completed mods are linked below, early access and W.I.P. mods are available on Patreon.

I've recently started working on NPC mods again. Most have been playable for over a year, just not in a fully polished state. Maybe I'll actually complete one this time, or lower my standards for publishing. Honestly, I should probably do both.

Respawn ships are just perfect, not OP or under p, and I am building hype to see how the encounters are coming (sadly I can't chip in for patreon so I just keep checking here and steam workshop for any sign) :D

Unfortunately SE doesn't allow multiple spawn ships for the same location. At least not without editing some of the core game files (which I have no clue how to do). Right now, if you try to make more than one ship spawn in a location the game freaks out and either doesn't work at all or spawns one in randomly, regardless of what you try to pick.

i wanna see more variations of these pods for each planet and moon, so we have more options for what we wanna spawn in on them...

any chance these could also get uploaded as blueprints? i'm thinking of doing a playthrough in a very modded Real Solar Systems world with modded planets, and i don't think this mod is likely to play nice with the particular world in question

Not a question, Just want to pass on Praise. Not only is this a good idea for a mod overall, but this is so well designed. I'm on Triton atm, and I still use the Pod, it's an amazing design ship that is just so useful all around. The earth shuttle is such a nice feature as well. I always found on earth, I'd be restarting saves to get a decent landing zone, but with the rover, I can just explore a bit.
