あと多分ですが初期設定で入力オプションの『（エミュ）マウス左』のキーがctrlになっていると思います（自分は外しているので盲点、他のコメントの方が言ってます）。
誤作動患ってる人は多分これです。

Holding down the Ctrl key and operating the mouse wheel should change the zoom magnification.
If you do not press the Ctrl key, the hot bar will scroll.

It doesnt quite do what I expected. Yes, when you go to map tool, you can use wheel, but I want to use the wheel to zoom in and out all the time! With this mod, mouse wheel still scrolls through the hot bar

thanks for the great mod.
but to use this mod properly, go to Option > Keybind and disable Left Ctrl as Left mouse click.
