This addon allows you to monitor and control NPCs that automatically chase random players. You can easily add, remove, and list NPCs that are designated to chase players, either globally or for specific maps. It ensures NPCs stay engaged with players, adding dynamic AI behavior to your server, whether in single-player, LAN, or on a server.

Important Note: This addon uses a list of predefined NPCs to chase players, but you can easily customize the list by adding or removing NPCs with simple console commands. If the NPC is not chasing a player, it will automatically target one at random. The default NPC list is

Compatibility Warning: This addon may not work well with scripted NPCs, like those in Half-Life 2 campaign maps, as they often have specialized behaviors that this addon does not account for.

• add_chasenpc "npc_class" (Adds an NPC class to the monitored chase list)
  
• remove_chasenpc "npc_class" (Removes an NPC class from the monitored chase list)
  
• chasenpclist (Displays all NPCs currently in the monitored chase list)

• add_chasenpc npc_combine_s (Adds the Combine Soldier to the monitored chase NPCs)
  
• remove_chasenpc npc_zombie (Removes the Zombie from the monitored chase NPCs)
  
• chasenpclist (Displays all monitored chase NPCs)

• Automatic Player Targeting: Automatically assigns random players as targets for NPCs in the monitored chase list.
  
• Dynamic NPC Behavior: NPCs chase their assigned player targets and update their memory to keep pursuing them.
  
• Global and Map-Specific NPC Lists: Add or remove NPCs from the chase list globally or for specific maps.
  
• Easy NPC Management: Add, remove, and view NPCs that are monitored to chase players with simple console commands.
  
• Predefined NPCs List: Includes a list of common NPCs from various sources, like L4D and Half-Life 2, ready to be used for chasing players.
